• They called me when they were leaving with my U-Boxes and were on site ready to unload at the appointed time. My wooden bed frame was assembled and all boxes and furniture were delivered where I asked them to put it. No damage was done.

• The owner set expectations on day one. I was running behind because my rental wasn’t ready but that didn’t stop this company from being polite and courteous. They took their time with all of my things and got the job down quickly. Nothing broke, my truck was packed sufficiently and in order, for that I am appreciative. Don’t hesitate with booking them, trust me, I am extremely particular about my things!

He brought two extra guys to help, and everyone was professional, strong, friendly, and efficient. I am amazed at how they fit everyone into one U-Box and I recommend them one hundred percent!

• I was instructed but the owner, Dion, to forward the HOA requirements for insurance to book the elevators for the move via text not email. I have called, texted, and emailed to ensure this is all approved before I travel out of the country. I will not be available to ensure this is completed and scheduled in the time allowed if I wait until I return. Not reply from either source of contact. Poor business ethics. I need a new and reliable company.

• The team communicated well throughout the process. I was contacted a couple of days after booking to hash out the details for the move a few weeks later. The day of the move they were on time and unpacked each Ubox quickly and efficiently. All of the employees were professional and they made sure they clarified where items needed to go and also made us aware of any damage that occurred before they brought it in. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving service.

  I've done some amazing things, but none of them include loading and unloading a third story four bedroom apartment in two hours. I'm sorry that you're not satisfied but my reviews speaks for itself.
