• Each time we called them, we got the voicemail for a church. It's OK though, we moved fine.

• I called the mover the night before to confirm. I was told my order would be more per hour so I told them I only needed two hours of help because the bump in price. The moving company then informed they won’t come out for two hours and need a job for 3 to 4 hours. The policy says however they will come out for two hours. They still said they won’t come out once I informed them of the policy. Very unprofessional

• They overcharged me. They asked for "CASH" in addition to what I ordered through Uhaul. They said the order with Uhaul was not enough for the services they provide although Uhaul order page did not offer any options for different services. • Deborah was wonderful, but one of the helpers broke my lamp during this move (I have photo evidence) and said nothing; I only found out when I was unpacking the uHaul. I do expect compensation for this.

• The day before moving they called me to say that "their truck was broken" and they cancelled. They provided no information as to how to obtain a refund so I'm trying multiple ways on this website.

  The day the move was scheduled our crew got into an accident. We rescheduled for the next day after 3 as he requested. We completed job with 5 people when he ask for three. To move his 700lbs safe.

• The truck was loaded in a break neck half hour without regard for the care of my furniture. The kitchen table, dresser and desk were all significantly damaged. Quilts for packing not used. Awful! Late

  This lady only had a ten foot truck and pre-damaged furniture. We had five guys load a ten foot truck. We were not late we waited for her because she called saying she was going to be late.

• The movers were very surly. They yelled at each other, swore at each other and one was clearly high. One worker asked us how much we'd paid the woman in charge as he said he would not be paid.

• Despite the original statement that "Master Movers" requires a minimum of 2 hours (2 men), we were told by the lady on day of service the minimum is 4 hours and that we have to pay the rest in cash.

• They did a great job fitting everything in, it was a very tight fit. It took them 5 hours to load a 1 bedroom apartment which seemed a bit slow for 3 men. Everything was packed well but slowly.
