The three people who helped me move were absolutely amazing they loaded stuff into the 9ft van so strategically everything fit, had no issues getting it all into the uBox. Everything was tied down and secured for transport, they patiently helped me pick out the best tie down to use and even helped me pack my TV up to avoid damage. Super nice super friendly. Just checked the uBox after it's cross country trip and nothing appears to have shifted at all.

Jeff & Katherine really hit it out of the park! I scheduled a loading job for early afternoon and Kathy got me all squared away with what I needed and answered all my questions. A few days prior, a severe weather warning came out for the night before my move with freezing rain overnight and for the day of! I called Kathy freaking out and she & Jeff told me how to handle it...get my truck a day early and they'd come in the morning instead of the afternoon, they assured me they would get me out on my required day. The morning of, I got a text asking if I had put salt out to melt the heavy ice and if so, they'd come even earlier! They got all our stuff onnthe truck with an hour to spare, which was perfect as the freezing rain started again. I cannot speak highly enough for the care, tenacity and the precision of how Jeff and crew packed this truck! I would recommend them to anyone that needs moving help! Hands down AMAZING!
