• They will move a piece of furniture and take a five minute break and spent up 20 minutes, trying to figure out how to take an item out of door at one time was lay on the ground for at least 20 minutes my items were just tossed randomly without any protection in the back of the movie vehicles They absolutely do not know how to load and take entirely too long to do so this company is a rip off monopolizes western Kentucky to charge outrageous rates for poor service. My pastor and brother had to do most of the work and was charged an extra hour when I should've been charging them.

  I do apologize for the experience you had with our crew, at the time we called to add the additional hour everything was going great and no complaints where brought to our attention, not sure what changed at the last hour of the move, our crew also drove 2.5 hour one way to assist with this move.
