• I suspect this company uses day laborers instead of professional movers. The job was completed, but the helper had no idea how to drive a trailer. They showed up in dress shoes and slacks, no tools, no assessment of jobsite, no idea to set up doors, and one started to loosen the strap to the ubox on the trailer, but I had to stop and show him to open the box door instead, I think he thought the box came off the trailer. He first arrived, and called me to ask if I could drive the truck into my driveway for him, he was jackknifed. I didn't. After job, they tried to drive away, it took a long time to back out, and they ended up in one neighbors driveway, got in trouble and ended up driving across my neighbor's lawn and scraping the tree, so I might have an issue with the neighbor now. While the movers were nice guys, they showed up hours late, no communication from anyone except a text message. This was not worth the astronomical cost they charged, I would never recommend.

• The 2 guys were great . Came at the last minute and did a good job.Very polite and got the job done .
