  • The movers arrived 35 minutes late. We moved 40 boxes during that time. The two contact numbers that I had led to voicemail without any response. I already tipped them $20 each, when I really should not have. Aside from this, they were helpful during the move.

  • I contacted the company a week before to schedule the time and they were very responsive. I also wrote them the day before the move and they also confirmed that the time slot worked. On the day of the move, the movers didn't show up. I tried contacting the company, but they responded very slow. Finally the person sent a text back that he was contacting the movers. The mover called me an hour late and asked if he was still needed. I told him to come down and that I would be waiting for him. He never showed up. Very dissatisfied.
