Movers arrived on time and were super friendly and polite. However, movers arrived and said they were told last minute that they had to disassemble the bed, so they forgot to bring tools. I have told the manager a couple days and he confirmed. So I had to run and try to get tools. While I was looking for tools they tried to put the bed frame in the elevator. I arrived with my tools and they disassembled the bed at the elevators. They did damage the bed and then told me that they didn't break it and that there was tape. I also think the loading of a few items could have been better. Very expensive for the service I got. I'm glad they arrived on time and at all.
