  • Brad & Chuck of Movely LLC were the absolute best! They were super friendly & professional, safe & efficient & undeniably patient. While U-haul gave me nothing but endless headaches, Movely LLC patiently & professionally picked up the pieces of the awful experience U-Haul had generated. Brad & team created a very smooth move out of what would have been a disaster if I were facing it alone! From the first phone call with Brad, I knew I was in good hands. I honestly do not have enough kind words to express how pleased I am with their service. Thank you guys!

  • Poor communication. My UBox was suppose to deliver in the afternoon and after numerous texts to Anthony, UBox finally arrived after 5pm. Anthony almost missed being able to pick it, because his boss did not communicate with him as to where the UBox was, even though I communicated with his boss numerous times, telling him where the UBox was located. Additionally my UBox arrived damaged and when I questioned what happened, I was given no explanation. It was like he had no idea that the box was damaged, even though the damage was apparent. Not sure why this is reported as 9 hours on both sides of the pick up and drop off of the UBox, it really only is a 30 minute drive to and from the UHaul facility to my location, and it definitely did not take him 8 hours to unhook the trailer from his truck in my parking lot.
