Jake and helper arrived on time and did an outstanding job of helping us move several pieces of furniture. I will call on them any time I need more help.

Jake was very professional and knowledgeable about how to pack the uhaul. Unfortunately, his crew not show up or communicate with him so he had to find someone else to help. We started late because of this. Online it says that he offers a cleaning service but that is not true. He communicated in person that an ex-employee did that but he no longer offers the service and needs to take it down. It would have been nice to know that before hand as we planned to utilize the cleaning service. We had to come up with an alternative. Jake did offer to do the cleaning but he would need to buy all the cleaning materials and come back. He is a fine loader and a nice guy.
