  • The movers broke several pieces of furniture during the loading process. One was on the phone all the time. I ended up having to go through uhaul to have items replaced because the movers wanted to try to repair the furniture, which could not be done. The way they loaded the truck also ended up breaking another piece of furniture that they leaned a sleeper sofa against. Never use Rapid Movers.
