  • I was expecting movers between 3-4pm, and hadn't heard anything otherwise. I call at 330pm to get an ETA to find out they've been behind and expect to be here by 430pm. They did not show up until 530pm. I understand that unforeseen circumstances happen, but I am upset by the lack of communication, if he had told me they were running late, I could have planned accordingly. And then for it be an additional hour later than expected for the new time with no communication was not okay with me. The men themselves were good, nothing was broken in the process, though I had to be a lot more present than I usually am with movers.
