The app didn’t work and when I went to get help from the mini mart worker they didn’t speak English well and didn’t want to be bothered. I did get an 800 number for the reservations department only to be transferred to a voicemail and get hung up on. 5 minutes I called again and got reservations with another person who successfully transferred me to a live person who was able to get me checked in over the phone and work through the app issues. The truck and drop off went very smoothly.
Michael TThere is a full service Uhaul facility down the street. I thought I had picked it when arranging drop off but was unaware of the Mutual Mart being a drop off point. Had to do everything on line for drop off.
Britt AThe people at the location were great worked hard to get us going. The vehicle itself was rough. It had a check engine, light a tire pressure light.
