Mark AddisonThis has been the worse experience I have ever dealt with. First off, the original location I had the reservation for, they were closed, which they did explain and told me that they would have a lock code, which I tried 6 different codes, (with chandlers help), no avail. The app sucks! Tried for 30 minutes to upload pics that were required. Called and a lady named chandler (the best thing ever of this experience), helped me out. Sent me to another location, which is a convenience store. The kid didn’t know what the heck he was doing. He was by himself, while working at this store customers coming and going, trying to assist but it is a process, waited about 23 minutes to actually get help. Mind you, my movers (who charge by the hour), were waiting while this whole ordeal was going on. After a hour and a half, finally got the truck. Half through driving three miles for said pick up, engine light comes on! So not only did I get charged twice, I had to pay my movers an extra hour and half for them not doing anything due to lack of service. WILL NOT EVER USE NOR RECOMMEND U-Haul. This was awful. I was in tears. This is so unacceptable.
