Communication
Trevor MI had a 7 am reservation and when I arrived at 7am, the gas station attendant didn’t know anything about renting out the trucks. I had to call U-Haul to get everything settled. I had the truck for exactly 2 hrs and 11 mins but I get a text 4 days later telling me to contact U-Haul again in reference to my overdue rental return. When I turned the key back into a different attendant, I gave her the key and she said “that’s it. Thank you” I said “that’s it?!?!” And she says yes. It was too non official feeling and now I see why. I will never utilize this location again.

I am sorry but we can't to do check-in at this location. You will need to do it online. Do you need some help doing this (give him training)? The person at the site had no clue how to accomplish self-check-in, which would have been helpful as I ran into a problem doing so. He wanted me to show him (commendable) how I managed to accomplish check-in, but it meant I had to go though the check-in again and I was concerned that it would cause a problem with what I had already done.
Helen BThis is a busy gas station and only one person working there so I had to wait for a while before I could get the Uhaul. The Uhaul Truck was very beaten up and I had to put air in the tires and the gas cap is barely on that kept displaying a warning signal during driving.

Marcus WI reserved a van, but when I arrived to pick up, I was told an attempt was made to contact me, which I dispute, to inform me that a van was not available and instead a 10’ truck. It was too late to contact another dealer, so besides canceling, I didn’t have any other option but too accept. My biggest complaint is that instead of the $.79 cents a mile for the van, I had to pay $1.29 a mile for the truck, which based the mileage, cost me more than $40 more than I originally budgeted. That was not fair!!!!

Robert PUhaul rep was late on the morning I picked up the trailer. I returned it on the same day around and she wasn’t around to accept the trailer. The store rep accepted the trailer, however days later I receive calls and texts of the trailer not being returned. They had to be called by corporate and informed them to update the system of my return. #badservice Paper tag was not readable and trailer cord has a short which blew my fuses twice in my truck.
