James SullivanReview won't let me submit without rating the location, but this was After Hours Dropoff, so we only saw the outside. Contract papers directed to use the app for dropoff. At dropoff, the app did not work, so waited on hold for the chat and was directed to the website, which worked well.
John NarigonNot sure why U-haul only allowed me to drop off my truck at this location versus other, more capable (and closer) locations in the city where I was returning the vehicle. This location is not a full-time U-haul location and had very limited places to park the vehicle for after hours returns. That having been said, we were able to return the vehicle using the app for after hours returns and had no issues.
MARCEL FARINAI never delivered the trailer to the drop off location because a tire failed and the trailer was not drivable and was towed away. We were left stranded by U-Haul

Bobby WegnerWhy are you asking me to review a location? That is utterly pointless and does not at all reflect the service you "provide". If you expect customers to fill up the tank, you must provide them with a tank size. This is not a pay it forward situation, it's a business transaction. Your website provides zero information about the check-in process prior to the moment of exchange. Why am I expected to look up a youtube video on your service? Provide that information up front! Asking for a second form of ID or secondary contract AFTER having a customer upload their driver's license is equally absurd. The moment a reservation is confirmed you should be clearly stating what information is needed and where to submit it. I should not be struggling with your website while standing next to the truck I am picking up. From a customer service standpoint alone I will never use your service again nor recommend it to anyone.

Martin KregerI rented a 6 X 12 enclosed trailer. The only issue I had was lifting the trailer for hook-up. These trailers should really have a jack stand on them as the weight is more then one person should lift ( I am a very strong man).

Doua Lothe employees at this location were very helpful to us. Their attentiveness to finding the broken brake hose on the trailer saved us from a car accident, wrecking our brakes on our truck, and preventing us from having a car accident! They found the broken hose when they were hooking us up. I did called the customer service line and they were helpful, except when we were trying to get another trailer, they needed to communicate with each other on what they were giving us to replace it. I did talk to Ken the supervisor who needs to be a little more empathic to the customer instead of yes miss, yes miss, understand that going a a extra hour away to get a trailer and then drive another 4 hours is not what we wanted or planned to do. Why don't they have a check off list when they are getting the trailers in to make sure everything is working and safe?? I wasn't I offer a refund instead I had to ask for it? The men at the location went out of their way to help us and we appreciate that more then they know!

Jeremy ReevesI made my reservation two weeks beforehand for both my storage and my vehicle at a convenient location and neither one of these were available when it came time for my move. Very disappointing!! What’s the point of reserving ahead of time of these aren’t going to be available when they are needed?!?!
Lisa JohnsonParking lot is kind of small and has a weird layout, making it initially challenging to park a 20’ Uhaul.
Alen ZeledonPicked up UHaul 20 ft truck with a 1/4 full tank. Was advised to fill it back up to where it was when it was picked up. We filled it back to a quarter tank, and dropped off. Was charged an additional $57.25 for fuel even though we made sure the tank was exactly where it was when we picked it up. Very poor customer service.
Randy VenturiThe day before pickup a woman (I can’t remember her name!) called on behalf of uhaul to let me know my truck needed to be picked up at a different location (woodfords). I was moving by myself 200 miles north in the middle of an ice storm and wasn’t particularly pleased to hear of any new updates. The CSR was exceptionally reassuring, gave me a free extra day to pick it up early and an extra 10 miles. I needed that extra day more than I knew. THANK YOU to the woman who called for her patience, persistence, humor, and compassion. above and beyond communication I won’t rent a truck from anywhere else ever! Thanks!
