jeanne levenI had to extend my reservation by a day. The U-haul rep transferred me to the scheduling department and were able to make the extension with no issues. When I tried to turn in the rented equipment using the u-haul app as directed, I had zero success and no one ever showed up at 1p to get assistance. This was my third time dealing with this location and never before, did I have such a frustrating time checking in rented equipment. The fact zero employees showed up to work per the business hours, was really disturbing. I had to contact the scheduling department to relay my situation, so I was not charged a late fee.

Demetric MarinerThe worker (lady) was clearly annoyed when entering work and kept shaking her head at us like she was annoyed. I sat in the car and tried to see if I could change locations. I would have left and drove to another location if I could have. We reserved 2 furniture dolly and they only had one. The van was dirty and smelled. We had bought furniture we needed to pick up so we went with it but wanted a different option. One tire was 60 2 were 70 and one was 80. The man said they just go on what it looks like and looks fine. Even empty the van showed not level on the dash and we could feel it as well with driving. I would not rent from this location again. We spent lot of money so we could pick up our furniture and I feel the van should have been serviced with no warning lights and at least the windows cleaned. I would never revisit a place that acted annoyed and didn’t act like they appreciated our business. There are too many choices to choose one that treats customers poorly. The only positive was the shop cat and we have our furniture at home.

Lawrence LongcoySeriously? This is the best UHaul experience I have ever had. I was so thrilled; I can't think of any improvements. This is the first time I've been to this location. The rep was pleasant and knew who I was when I walked in. She was professional and went the extra mile. I was in and out so fast and could get right to my next destination, which was a long, hard day of moving. It was wonderful that the UHaul process did not add to the difficulty of the day. Wise Moving Storage will be my location of choice for future UHaul reservations. Thank you!
Jenni JordanI asked for 2 dollies and they only had one and that one was not the type I asked for. I had to drive 4 miles to another location to pick up a dolly. I am not happy that I had to pay for 8 miles just to pick up the equipment I asked for online. I will never use this location again. I will use the location that had the dolly. I could gotten full service there and made one stop.
Ronda HarnessI have used their services numerous occasions and I’m always more please each time I go. The service is second to none, and they treat you like not just a costumer but a friend. As far as I’m concerned there is only one U-Haul in town. Thanks!

Wilfredo PujolsAt pickup, asked if I needed to do an inspection. After being told no, I drove to my destination and opened the back of the truck to find trash. Took a picture. At drop off, attempted to get on the app so I could upload the picture and it wouldn't let me sign in despite resetting my password right then and there.

austin seeTruck was stuck in pile of snow in the parking space when trying to get out of the parking spot. Back was frozen shut and had to use a hairdryer to get it open. Made me late for my delivery. Also the app is terrible and glitches and doesn’t let you complete check in or return of the truck.

Greg BynumI would tell you to get the insurance so when I usedthe equipment and towed my car the wheel well on right through to the tire wore clean through. I also had to go to two separate locations to get all my equipment which was extra driving and a truck that gets 10 mi to the gallon an hour out of my way.

Gary DauerI filled out a quote online, and it was more expensive when I went to the store. That’s basically false advertisement. I was just kind of shocked, I paid 15 bucks more than what I thought. It’s not a lot, but that may matter to some people.

It turned out this location was actually closer for me so it worked out great. The lady at Wise Moving Storage was great. She took care of my pickup and return and was a nice lady. The link on the app didn’t work and I had to call the phone number for U-Haul and was talking to a person for over an hour before they said they would help if I could give them two phone numbers to call and people answered the phone. It was 7:30 in the morning and two people didn’t answer the 1-800 number that called them. So with this made up rule, I was left outside the building in the sub freezing weather waiting for the place to open.
