Clarity on acceptable drop off centers. We said Houston area and were charged a fee for wrong drop off location. Not sure why since there was no specific location given.

Devida GallegosWe paid $100 deposit and was told we would be receiving it back upon return to the other location in Pampa Tx. When we returned it we were told we were 2 gallons short on gas and UHAUL charged us $40 and were told a check would be mailed. Luckily the man was gracious enough to give us $60 cash back. But the incorrect information from UHAUL was not appreciated also the amount of our deposit for the 2 gallon of gas is HIGHWAY ROBBERY

Debbie St AmourThe employee working is a very nice lady. Although Pampa was 55 miles from my location (AMA), so not my first choice, I did wind up saving over $200 on the actual rental. The extra $30 in gas and 3 hours of driving was a good trade off and saved U-Haul from providing a poor overall experience.

Eric PhillipsThe entry to the nasty office had a pile of dog crap at the foot of the steps. The office smelled like wet dog. The lady was rude and argumentative. That person should not be allowed to interact with the paying customer. I was so upset when I left that u-haul I swore I would not use that place in Pampa again. That lady made the entire u-haul experience very disappointing. I demand she be coached on how to treat her bread and butter customers with respect. I will be calling to complain also. Terrible! Just terrible treatment by a u-haul franchise.

Danny RobertsHours on the door were incorrect (open @ 10 am but didn't open until 10:45) Tried calling phone # on door & no one answered (left 2 different messages). Finally someone returned my call; upon meeting the representative, it took me 25 minutes to get information into computer (still didn't get everything and they had to call me back the next day & was already on the road). After getting info into computer the representative didn't know how to hook up trailer so we had to do it. Will not go back to this location again!!!

Gina DefordAs a first time user of the Mobile Pick Up, or whatever it’s called; I had a terrible experience. After calling and speaking to three customer service assistants, and being on hold for over an hour and a half, I finally got in touch with one person who was actually a Godsend! I believe her name was Veronica, but am not sure. I wasn’t aware of having to have an app downloaded, until she walked me through the steps. My move started late, and almost didn’t happen at all if not for her. I strongly suggest you advise future customers the ENTIRE process. Thank you

Charles HaroldsThe girl was rude, unprofessional, unhelpful when backing the trailer. The original drop off was at car quest which closes at 12 noon. I tried to do the self dropoff but couldn't get the trailer undone due to the weight of it .So I called the winks drop off and she was no help. I finally got so frustrated I just took to the winks drop off. She was of no help on guiding me back into a space. Finally she just said pull it up in front and drop it off. She would get her husband to move it. We finally were able to unhitch it and I left.
