Timothy LI was jerked around for over an hour trying to get the truck I rented. The central MA uhaul dispatcher(?) didn't call me an hour before my pick up time like they're supposed to to tell me my truck hadn't been returned, so I drove all the way to Fitchburg (30 minutes out of my way) because he told me that I couldn't pick up the truck I wanted at the original location, so I get there assuming nothing was wrong, but oh look, no truck. So after taking to the clerks I had to wait 15 minutes when I was already on a tight schedule for him to call me and tell me that they don't know where my truck was. Then the dispatcher tells me I have to rent a smaller truck because they just don't have any, and supposedly the ONLY one in the area is ANOTHER 30 minutes away. So all in all I was 45 minutes late getting to my movers. So I had to pay for another hour. The person in Phillipston were polite, but the truck they gave me was a death trap! The steering is way too lose which causes you to have to over correct constantly, when I would try to slow down the engin would Rev up to 4, and even unloaded it had trouble with hills, fully loaded I was going 25 most of the way through Mass. I'm going to do my damnedest to never rent from uhaul, at least ones in central MA ever again.
Fae HThe mobile check-in process was a bit laborious due to the lack of adequate internet. Luckily, Cycle Design had free wi-fi but I had to stay near the building to be able to use it which meant walking back and forth from the van. I don’t consider this to be Cycle Design’s fault, just bad geography. The interior of the windshield was dirty and should have been better maintained. Overall, I considered myself lucky to find a relatively close location with the vehicle I needed on short notice.
William MThe mirror in the driver side of the van was cracked and the air freshener that was used smelled awful. But bonus points because the woman at the desk was super nice, polite and patient.
Charles HYour customer care person was excellent. She went out of her way to be helpful after my initial reservation, at another location, was not available. This will certainly be my choice next time.

STEVEN SI was overcharged.. I rented on A Saturday at 1:10 PM and was told to return it on Sunday by 7 PM but yet was charged for more than the one day. I rent Au haul from you guys every Saturday into Sunday and have never had this happen I'm not sure why I was charged 40 extra dollars this time

Regina WThe U-Haul representative at this location was one of the most helpful I have ever encountered. I needed to get a new ball to tow the trailer and needed to know the height of the trailer. He did not know off hand, so he went out and measured the trailer for me. Just exceptional. Regards, Keith

CRAIG DI have rented from several u-haul location in the past and this location was terrific!!! Guy was very nice, fast, and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be renting from cycle design location again in the future!!!
Matt KThis was a last minute switch. The truck I had reserved was not available at the original location so I haul switched me here. They were fine but much further away which ended up costing me more because of extra miles driven. Uhaul should credit me that extra miles but they would not

Mark HWhy was I charged for fuel when I had returned the truck up to it's original starting point. I had paid $20 to re-fuel.
Robert LA 2 day rental should be 48 hrs I rented 10 am on Friday and had to have it back Saturday at 12 that is only 1 day but I paid for 2 days this doesn't make any sense
Jeffrey SBetter vehicle maintenance. Truck I rented had a cut Tire that was separating had to have your road service come out and fix it at my house. Separating tires with that are dangerous if it blew out it could have killed me
John HThe trailer was full of snow when it was picked up although it did melt throughout the day.
Mary MIt was a cold rainy night and the facility was closed. The parking area was poorly lit and the online drop off form was a nightmare to use. In the future I will only return to open locations.
