JIMMIE GEATHERSDropped 2 uhauls here before with no problems. The last one, I dropped it off and handed the keys to the young man that worked there on Saturday, April 22. I had until Sunday, April 23 to turn in the vehicle. They processed it on Monday, 24 April and charged me an extra day plus coverage and 1 gallon of gas. $65.88 in total. I called that Monday morning and talked to the man there. He said he would fix it. Today, the $65.88 showed up on my back account as a withdrawal. I took pictures of gas gauge before and after. it was the same. Can you fix this???

Kimi SmithHire an additional employee so the registers can be manned continuously. Since the employee has to go out to show customers the correct vehicle and make sure all ordered supplies are in it, there is quite a lag in the time it takes for one customer to the next.

Jeffrey SimonMy problem is with the Company itself not the provider. My card was charged twice I did not bring the truck back to Lake city it was left in Columbia south Carolina on Elmwood St. as requested in my text message. Then on the 13th I was charged another 113.00 and cents for additional millage that I did not drive. I also called the 800 # and spoke with someone and they stated that this matter was being resolved but instead my card was charge again. I had to have my bank watch to see if I would be charged twice and it was. So I had my card cancelled. This is poor management with a customers bank account and I had my Bank to put in a dispute for the other charge. In the future you should make sure you are charging customers for the correct. millage. Thanks

Willa DeanIt took quite a while for the customer service representative to even acknowledge me and then she couldn't find the proper paperwork. She then gave me keys and told me to go to the first truck, this was the incorrect truck for the key I was given, I had to figure out which truck myself luckily there were only two. Then I had to back the truck out of a long drive without any assistance as the customer service representative seemingly disappeared. On top of that the truck I received had a dirty cab, it had a few items of trash, a receipt for some type of vehicle service, and the entire side of the truck was scratched up. I did not know that a text would be sent to me to report this until it was too late. Then I drove around the building to get the tow dolly hooked up for me and they did not hook it up properly (I again did not know this until I reached my destination where I was told it was improperly hooked up and could have killed or seriously injured me or another driver.)
Alexis SantosI opted out of the additional insurance when I pre-paid online because my insurance covered the truck and Dollie my car was on. I was charged an additional $93.00 when I picked up the truck. I didn't read the slip until already moving and they added on the insurance that I didn't need. The ratchet straps on the tow dolly were rusted enough so I couldn't tighten them completely until I greased them. next time I'll probably pay a little more and go with another rental company.

It’s UHaul I have the problem with, after making reservations 3 days in advanced online, when time come to pick up the Truck from the pickup location. The truck was not available. I had to go online and change my pickup location and drive to the next city over to pick up a truck. After going through all the unnecessary BS I was 1 1/2 hours behind schedule. I used to use uhaul a good bit, but it seems uhaul has went to shit. Yesterday was my last time using uhaul. If I would have had enough time and other options I wouldn’t have used them yesterday. Uhaul get your shit together or you’re gonna lose even more business
