The lot was very small and hard to get out of They man that ran it was unfriendly. The building when you waked in was dingy run down and smelled like cigarettes

Jim UTook forever to check in. Did not have any of the furniture movers and only 1 of the dollies I needed. The check engine light was on in the truck. The truck itself was clean.
Linda AYour questions in the survey do not reflect my experience with UHAUL. The equipment was not available at the time and location as promised. We had to travel 90 miles from the original reserved location to get a truck so we could have one when needed and reserved. My overall experience for getting the equipment when and where it was reserved, needed and promised was extremely poor. My reservation was jacked around several times before I got a truck I needed.

Tara BI hate the website. I reserved the trailer for Austin, MN and the site tried to make me go all the way to Owatonna to get trailer adding 40 miles extra to my trip. Also all the hoops have to jump through trying to reserve on website just to go through them again when to pick it up. Very frustrating and wastes my time. The Uhaul location is the best and grateful to have it close to home.

Brenda AThe truck was below a 1/4 tank,there wasn't a dolly to help assist with moving.i rented a truck from there last year in September and my file was deleted.the truck needs a wheel alignment.the engine light was on.just didn't feel safe in the truck.big blocks of ice was coming off the top of truck hitting vehicles on i90 which could have cause a major accident. Trucks are not up to date and unsafe
STEVEN MUHaual computer system as down, took w0 mintes before the guy finally said “leace your paperwork and check the trailer in later”. UHaul lot was crowded and next to 4 lane road making it dangerous and difficult to pull in and drop off the trailer. My Uhaul app was down and I couldn’t self check in to return the trailer. I feel bad for the Uhaul guy at the drop off place, it was there 3 hours after his normal closing time trying to delivery a trailer she reserved but could pickup do to the Uhaul computer system being down. Uhaul NEEDS A MANUAL WAY TO PICK UP AND DROP OFF RENTALS as a backup plan.

JOHN AThis was the first time in many, many years of renting a U-Haul truck and we were so very pleased. We stopped at the location to check on the process and were told to go online to reserve our choice and were told that our choice of vehicle would be back the next day. The online reservation was easy to complete, and the truck was there as promised. The in-person process was also simple. Our 10-foot truck worked out perfectly for our needs. Returning our truck was also simple. I had questions about the upcharge for the insurance coverage and asked my insurance agent about the cost. they were of the opinion that the charge was a pretty good deal. Thank you.

PENNY SI know the area which it is at is small and the town itself is small as well, but I wish each U-Haul rental place was the same meaning ample parking a store to buy boxes and such. not a tiny closet to walk into. I also the town is small it's not his only income either. Too bad the U-Haul company doesn't help out more at this location to make it more appealing to the eye and want to go in.

DENISE PVery easy pick up and drop off. Only problem was insurance was added back to the bill at pick up, that I had declined during online reservation. Time being an issue, I did not contest it. But that seems to happen every time I use u haul. A bit frustrating.

Thawdar NI reserved a smaller truck from a location in Albert Lea MN weeks before I arrived. I flew in from Canada only to be called by UHaul 2 days before I was to pick up the truck and told there were NO trucks for me at my desired location. Not only did I have to travel to another city to pick up a larger truck that I didn't need, I was charged the extra even though the mistake was not mine, but UHaul's. The pick up location I ended up going to was fine though.
