People are nice and friendly. My second time renting a vehicle here in 2 months. Cheaper than the Menards truck that ding you for all little fees and such. I trust these guys completely. My go-to place for truck rental.

Sandra KMy comment is related to the Uhaul app specifically. I've rented a trailer twice in the last month. When I returned my trailer (one-way) in MI, I had issues with the app and taking pictures with my phone. Ultimately, I got a message saying that I was checked in and was on my way. When I returned my trailer yesterday at Western, I could not get the app to allow me to return the trailer. Here's the message I received: Webpage not available. The webpage at https://www.uhaul.com/Auth/SignIn/ could not be loaded because: net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS I was able to log into the website on my phone and return the trailer with no issues.

Arkady DThis was not the location that I rented from. While they were great, it cost me an hour of travel time, gas and extra money to Uber back to pick up my car. Should have been better compensated for my extra time and money than a credit for mileage I didn’t even use. Your customer service team is not very good. You also need to rethink your partnership with movinghelp.com Very unhappy with their bidding prices and actual price. Underestimated time and cost on both loading and unloading. If they know how big the truck is and how many bedrooms there are. Be realistic. Double the upfront costs Bullshit!
David ZMy truck pickup was in the evening and the lot had poor lighting which made it hard to inspect the truck for cleanness and condition. The location was very convenient but the online pickup and drop off process was a little confusing and time consuming.

DANIEL EI’ve rented from Western Landscaping twice. They are friendly & efficient. They prep the equipment (warmed up the truck and cleared the windshield). They have available the equipment that I’ve reserved, unlike other locations where I am informed with little notice that they do not in fact have the truck size I reserved. I won’t even bother trying to rent from any other location
ANGELA SThe location was open on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately I got charged for a day I didn’t need the U-Haul because I really needed to use the trailer from 12/25 - 12/27 but I had to rent early. The trailer had a marker light out, the adjustable hitch was loose and kept backing itself off while traveling. It made a horrendous noise that was frightening to my wife. On the day we loaded the door spring above sprung loose and the door would not close. I had to mess with it and release tension(very dangerous to do) to even get the trailer home. Next time I rent a trailer I will be a little more thorough about checking the trailer out before leaving the site.
Drew MThe facility indicated that the gas tank was full when the truck at the outset of the rental. We traveled a total of 79 miles before returning the truck to the facility. Immediately prior to dropping off the truck we purchased almost 13 gallons of gasoline in order to return to a full tank state. I find it hard to believe that a fifteen foot sized truck would get six miles per gallon unless the tank was not completely full.

Victor RI got confirmation that I could pick up a van at 8:15AM. When I got to the original location the store wasn't open until 10:00AM. When I called your 800# it took 45 minutes to find a location that could accommodate me. Moving is stressful enough without having poor rental services. Very disappointed.

They are friendly, extremely helpful and went far above and beyond to patiently assist me with an issue I was having - of my own doing with a piece of equipment. I highly recommend them!
