There was one incident where a person snuck through the gate and cut off catalytic converters. Fortunately they did not steal mine, however I wish a better security was in place

The colorado pick up location charges significantly more then the Cheyenne wyoming location and its 32 miles difference. The amount was changed but was still a little higher due to some colorado fee

I requested a Fort Collins pick up a week before I needed the truck and with eight different U-Haul locations not one had my truck. I was sent to Wellington. A bit of an Inconvenience. Very friendly and helpful person assisted me there.

Not only is toy storage fantastic to work with, but also the roadside support system that brian helped us with when key was temporarily lot - just great customer service all the way thru it... thank you all!

I was great to have a vehicle available so quickly. I had to make an emergency for animal feed since my truck was down. It saved the day. The UHAUL, even with high mileage, ran like a new one.

I needed a specific trailer to move an item. I was only able to get that trailer here, but it turned out to be a great interaction.

I didn’t have an issue with either pick up or drop off locations. The issue I had with my U-Haul experience was that they were trying to charge me $40 for being 15 min late for my drop off. There should be a grace period of at least an hour. Rude customer service over the phone and way to expensive. Hopefully I’ll never have to U-Haul again.

The open trailer I reserved was not on site so the agent rented me a smaller enclosed trailer and said I should raise the issue at the drop off location, The drop of location agent wrote up my issue of wrong trailer at pickup location. She said Cuck Trionfera was to contact me. No word from Cuck Trionfera yet

This storage location is awesome! Super clean, responsive, and treats customers with a ton of respect! The only reason we took our stuff out of storage was because we have a home now for all of the stuff we had in storage! I would recommend this storage location to anyone who needs a storage place in northern Colorado

This place was awesome, never had any issues would recommend it to anyone, only reason I left is I don’t own my camper anymore.

Paid good money for this trailer, it had a flat before we could even get it loaded, dispatch for the road service said they would be to us in 10 min when they new that there was no way possible that they could be to us in less than 45 min and finally once we could get started loading there wasn’t any ramps. We will use another company for the rest of our moves!

26 ft truck had poor mileage, load weighed in at 23K lbs, steering wheel was misaligned, headlights misaligned, air conditioner only worked intermittently.

Again my drop off location was moved without even telling me. When I got to original drop off location I was told it was moved and I had to drive almost 10 miles in the opposite direction. I am so disappointed in uhaul and everyone I felt with. This was across country trip to move my son and it was a nightmare.

We were very thankful for the 24/7 drop off. We didn't realize the location would be closed (it was a Sunday), but we were able park the truck and drop off the keys in the drop box!

Wellington Toy Storage took great care of me while I rented storage units from them. The location had good security, and someone was always available during business hours to help me.

The wrong drop off location was put on my reservation. I asked about it when I picked up the trailer and was told it didnt matter I could drop it off anywhere. I dropped it off at a different location(30 min away) and was charged a $125 fee for using the wrong location. This is unacceptable. If it mattered l, they should have changed it like I requested.

Checked the tires when I brought it to the house in CO. This was prior to putting the vehicle on it to be towed. One tire was at 20psi. Found a nail in the tire. Called roadside assistance who sent someone out with a new tire. The issue was promptly corrected. One of the side lights was also out on the trailer. No other issues. Tires on all vehicles should be inspected prior to renting them out.

Brian Graves does an excellent job and I highly recommend both this location and the services he provides. I was a bit confused about the process when I arrived (late!) and he did everything he could to get me up to speed, eventhough he was about to close for the day. Great customer service, thank you for your patience!

Didn't have the truck we needed, ended up driving 200 miles out of the way to get the right size truck, the location of the truck didn't even have the dolly we had on the reservation and the price I was quoted and what I was charged were not the same. And the trucks alignment was horrible and made it difficult to keep on the road.

Outstanding service! Helpful and friendly. Security great, for example, he was concerned when he noticed I’d been at my locker at 2:45 am. Only concern was that he didn’t wear a mask or require them in his office.

I have been doing business with these guys since they opened. I've storing my boats, campers and personal effects inside and out. They've rented me uhaul trucks and everything I've needed throughout the years. They've always treated me fair and never had anything tampered with. Best storage facility we ever used. Have dealt with several facilities in northern Colorado over the years and Wellington Toy Storage is hands down the best. Clean, secure, access hours are incredible. Very useful that it is also a U-haul neighborhood dealer -needed packing supplies several times and was able to walk over to the office and purchase. Highly recommend this facility.

I had to store my travel trailer for 9 months while I stayed with my mom in Denver. Wellington Toy Storage was outside the Denver congestion, and well worth the short drive. It was less expensive and friendlier than anything in the city. Brian recommended a great mobile RV mechanic to winterize my trailer, and checked the tire pressure for me when I went back to pick it up. Great experience!

We love Wellington Toy Storage and have used them twice. We plan on using them again after we use our camper as a ski chalet this winter. They are reasonably priced. The facility is well lit and safe. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend them for your storage needs.
