I spoke to customer service rep named Charlotte at 8004684285 03/23/2024. Initially my rental time was wrong, I checked out at 2:21 pm not 1:30. It was only reserved for 1:30. The rain delayed everything so I called in to see if I could get a courtesy extension. Charlotte placed me on hold to call the location and says she spoke to Area Manager Elijah who said "As long as you return by 4:30 you will not be charged for another day." I took her word on that recorded call and delivered the uhaul back before 4:30pm. When I get there I was charged for another day anyway. I called the call center back and spoke to Lawanda who says Charlotte never noted my account. I want that call pulled, I spoke to Charlotte at 2:05 and she did not do her job. I also want my money back from the additional day charge.

Almost a 5 star rating. This place is awesome - great folks and great location - Especially the folks were great ! We figured the truck got 6mpg and put back the fuel accordingly. The gauge looked the same to me. Don't know if the gauge has a problem but they charged us $20 bucks for fuel we had already replaced so our fuel cost on the truck turned out to be triple. Whatever. Other than that - take a picture of the fuel before an after and this place is highly recommended.

MICHAEL ELLIOTTThis was a horrible experience. I reserved the vehicle online and when I went to pick up the vehicle the app said I couldn’t use mobile check out, so I went in. The women in the back were eating, listening to music and talking to this random guy (not customer). I told them I was trying to check out and they said “we ain’t got no trucks” … I saw 3 out front. I explained that I reserved one I showed them my reservation and everything. Then one girl gets up and I ask the other one well what should I do. She said “she’s about to go clean a truck for you” ….. I reserved the truck the night before so I didn’t understand why it wasn’t already clean and why they lied. When the truck was ”cleaned” . I got in and it was FILTHY . All they did was clean out the back of the truck but the part where you sit was DISGUSTING. So dirty , the sun visor was hanging down broke , no gas, and tire pressure sensor was on… Oh and it barely could start.

Same for the drop of. Truck was in horrible condition. Mud all over the floor, trash and personal items in the cabin. I booked and paid for blankets - not in the truck. Truck Oil level: very questionable. Pressure of tires: below average.

William RidleyBrianna was the employee who did my contract for 3/2/23. I called and scheduled my pick up for 3:30 that day and she gave me a time to return it which would be 6:30 3/3/23. I returned 3/3/23 @5:50. And they charged me 29.87 for an extra day and stated I returned it late and took my deposit. I have to go back up there to meet with lamia about my money and being charged for something I wasn’t explained about

Dwayne ThomasIt was clean, but for it to be a climate controlled unit, there were times it was extremely hot when we entered our unit. Upon moving out, we discovered our furniture had molded. It was difficult reaching someone on the phone a couple of times. I'm still upset about my belongings, so maybe later I'd recommend this location but at the moment, no I wouldn't.

I listed my nephew as the driver and when he went to pick up the truck he was told of the deposit. Who does that?? This caused my move to be late with my movers. I was working that day so I had to call someone to go to this wash and spin and put their credit card on file so he would get the truck. This caused me to have to pay my movers extra due to the truck arrive was late. Who is going to reimburse me for that?? The staff at the Wash and Spin was very rude. I would NEVER go back to this location PERIOD!! The worse customer service I have experienced in my life.

The vehicle was dirty and only one windshield wiper worked, the driver side. Replace the air filter immediately, get the vehicle cleaned, and repair the broken wiper.

Nalyss AlexanderI arrived at a different location (where I had scheduled to pick up my truck). Upon arriving, I was told they didn't have a truck I could use. The employee spent about 10 minutes on hold with Uhaul customer service until reaching someone that said I would have to drive 25 minutes to a secondary location instead. While the employee was very nice, the entire process ended up taking about 1.5 hrs (including all the drive to and from locations). When I received the truck, it had a lot of trash etc inside. When I alerted one of the employees inside, she was very apologetic and cleaned it immediately, though.
