Very rude and not wanting to listen to you

The lady was helpful as she could be with system. For some reason it was charging me an extra $9.20 For going over the mileage and I was given an extra 100 miles for picking up at alternate location. She said she tried to change but not sure if it was fixed.

The truck was completely muddy. We had to clean the back some before putting our stuff in it. The pics that were sent for us to verify were not at the location we picked it up from and were not how it looked. It was so loud we couldn't call each other on our 5 hour journey. Mechanic friend helped us unload and as we cranked it to back up he said it was loud looked and the catalytic converter had been cut off. This was just a horrible experience all the way around. Breaks were not in best shape and looked like someone literally duct taped important parts underneath it together. This was a safety hazard.

Staff was friendly but I didn’t have a phone signal and the lady in the gas station was not very well oriented she had to call other people to figure out what to do. But she was a nice lady. The gas was not in what they had in the store

Always insure that rental locations maintain a healthy supply of furniture pads for rent. Always!!!

Reservations were made on line for 7a when got confirmation back days later was changed to noon leaving only 4 hrs to clear home. Ended up paying > $390 in late fees. Couldn't load as fast alone. Ended up hurt.

I got the truck and it was very dirty. The hand trucks had caked on mud on it that I had to clean off before I could even use them! Also I got the truck and it was only on a quarter tank of gas. I also think it’s wrong to send me to a location other than where I chose to pick one up vs someone bringing a uhaul to the location I requested cause it cost me more in gas and over all charges by going and extra 20 miles out of my way to pick it up vs 5 miles from the one closest to my house. The inside of the truck where you pack all your stuff was very dirty. They wanted to charge me $25 for not cleaning it even though I didn’t receive it clean. If someone does not clean it they should be charged $25 and then uhaul dealer at that time should go out and clean it so the next (person like me) has it clean instead of doing nothing. I would love for a credit back of some kind but I doubt I get it.

The truck was not clean at all. I traveled to Warrior because I really needed a truck but it was not convenient for me.

The attendant was rude and not helpful at all. The truck was on empty, and it was nasty. If we had had another choice, we would have walked out. I have used uhaul several times in the past, but will not use it in the future

Lady behind the desk was completely incompetent. It took over an hour to get everything set up at the location.

Have knowledgeable associates that can use the application correctly as well as someone that knows how to hook and unhook tow trailers
