The uhaul representative was very nice and helpful.
Linda BThis was the third and final location for my booking. Originally I booked in Beamsville, ON and received notification that location did not have a vehicle that could be used one-way. The new location was in the west side of Grimsby, ON (almost triple in time farther away). As I was leaving my house to do my pickup, I received a call telling me the vehicle I had booked was not at the location and I should proceed to a third location (it was approximately the same time in distance). Non of this was catastrophic, but it did require last minute juggling of those who were helping with the move. I appreciate the communication and am grateful your Traffic Dept. was on top of the details.

Roger AMy entire truck was caked and covered in manure. Pictures were taken for proof. If I didn’t have an excessive amount of blankets for protection, my entire house contents would be covered in manure. This is unacceptable, dirt and debris is fine but that truck needed to be power washed prior to further use.
Greg OI had no issue with this UHAUL dealer per se, BUT the UHAUL App on the other hand....completely inadequate! Had a problem with Pick Up and Drop Off!

tanya mThe hood did not close properly, so it flapped up and down when driving. Also used $90 in gas for less then 140 km. The guy at the desk was great though!

john bOnly one main problem with these trucks you need to own an oil well . Less than 100 kills and 25 $ for gas . Dose not make sense in todays environment

mark aCustomer service was awesome, however, didn’t have any moving blankets that I ordered. The uhaul app also didn’t work at all. Still would recommend but I’ve used U-Haul many many times before and this was the first time it wasn’t up to the usual standard.

Mark ACharged $107.72 to my visa (manually input) even though the truck was returned at the exact amount required. Then would not assist and said I need to contact Uhaul directly. And if you've ever tried that, you know it's a nightmare.
Erich THave the location open till 4pm on a Saturday at least. This would help those doing a run to the dump which is only open till 4pm as well.

Matthew ADesk person was not available, doors locked, was at the bank, although I had a booking for 12 noon. Had to wait 10-15 min which normally not an issue but I had a tight time line. Prior to leaving desk person should check who is coming in to register in person.

joe gBeing six feet two inches tall you might want to make the seats go back another inch or two lol it was a little cramped but manageable. I would hate to have to use the van longer than I had.
John PThe vehicle did the job perfectly but mechanically I believe it needs to be inspected . What I am referring to is the steering was way too sloppy like worn parts or bad steering box. Service was great

Paul kCouldn’t get access to key though on line, we checked in and pre paid before to save time but nothing was registered so we couldn’t get the key and had to wait for store to open! What shit show!!!! Inside truck was not swept. Your customer service Angelina from Mississsuga was rude and messed up our reservation completely! Confirming a booking 2days before is fine but changing the logistics of the confirmation is not acceptable specifically when a house move is involved. We had to adjust all our movers time to accommodate the disorganization of your company! We booked one way trucks and expected us to drive the truck back 1hr from the original point because your short fleet so we had to settle for another location to pick up and drop off which cause us more on gas! Get your company up to par with the industry basic standards of customer service!
Jacques LI had to call three different times to get someone to help me through the issue before I could get my keys from the lock box. Will never do 24/7 reservation again.
Don SI was told there was 1/4 of a tank of gas when I picked it up right after leaving the site the gas light came on. It was a struggle for the employe to remove the snow from the window and I had to ask fro an ice scraper as the windows were covered in ice definitely not impressed. At this point in time with uhaul .

Ed DThe cost of rental mentioned for advertising is low and attractive but the final cost that we pay at the end, isn't. The cost of per km pay is on the higher side plus the insurance should be low. The price should ideally vary based on the vehicle size.
Denny SHonestly, the person that worked their was pleasant to deal with. The rental was terrible, it smelled like trash, there were bugs everywhere. I mentioned this to the manager and he was going to speak to the people who clean.

Bradley FEasy pickup and dropoff. Vehicle was ready at the time specified and using the Uhaul app for the first time was straight forward as well.
Jason CVery happy with the van rental! The only thing I would recommend is that the vehicles have a full tank when a renter picks up vehicle. Mine was 1/8 under full and I used about an 1/8th of a tank for my move. Hard to judge how much fuel to replace with at the pump. I ended up almost filling the van with fuel. Full tank...full tank back...easy :) Very happy overall. Thanks for reasonable rates too.
