Needed to boost the battery at pick up and then fuel mileage is horrible. $55 for 1/4 of a tank of gas is really expensive. I also had trouble with the app and had to call in to continue the check out process because the app crashed. She had to send me a link. I had to use my mom's iphone because the app didn't work on my Samsung galaxy fold 5, it just threw a generic error when I put in my username and password.
Justin RThe pickup was very stressful and the pick up app didn't work. After a half an hour of phone calls was told I would have to go to Wetaskiwin to pick up a truck 45 minutes away from where we are. Not impressed at all! Finally the person from the car wash was able to contact the person running the uhaul location where we were to get us a truck there after another half hour on the phone. Wouldn't recommend anybody to use self pickup when it doesn't work well in that area.

Roy SNo service so very hard to do online steps. Took over an hour doing steps on line because we kept getting kicked out of site and having to start over with cutting in and out of service in that area
Tracey SEnsure that all products paid for are actually in the truck. Make sure online check in is not completed prior to getting to the truck, since it won’t allow you to access any link to pick it up. Answer the phone numbers you provided.
