Make sure you vehicle inspection are done with costumer, so what happened to us doesn’t happen to them. And only get to use equipment half the time rented for.

Provide the truck where they say it should be. Had to drive 120 miles to pick it up! Nightmare when you’re moving the next day!

GREGORY BENADOMApparently bugs on the windshield is ok. If the back is dirty, we get charged $ 25.00. Believe.....a clean windshield would make a world of difference.
Ken BroudeI was dropping off a trailer and didn't know where to park it. The female employee was helping another customer when I came in so gentleman working on the lot directed me on where to park the trailer. The female said she would email a receipt. I dropped the trailer off and by noon I had not received a receipt, so I called and got voicemail. I ended up driving back down to the dealer to ask for a receipt and had to wait in line for a half hour. Would have been much easier if I had received the emailed receipt.

The AC did not work thank God I only used this truck an hour it was 100 degrees here . But I was still charged full price for uhaul . The people are great very nice it's not the people it's uhual .

My son inlaw was there and asked if he could help and she geabed the trailer and hit mt car. I was in my SUV and he was with her. He didn't tell me till we were leaving, knowing i was gonna be mad. Mad at the fact she was rude after taking the picture and walked off and never said a word about scrapping my SUV me. Won't go back to this location

I didn't realize I had to go to U-Haul.com, set up account, enter my reservation number, provide photos, and 3 contacts because of out of state DL, before I would get a key code. My plan to start at 7am turned into 8:30. 😖

Edward EbertThe trailer was very dirty. It had grease covering much of the floor. This grease was difficult to clean and it took me a 45 minutes to clean it up. The pick up location did not offer to clean it up but did give me packing blankets to cover it with. I decided not to do that as it would have created a trip hazard.

DAVID SCOTTI lived in Bishop California I had to drive to richcrest 2 hours away to get my truck and then I had to drive from Bishop to Bend Oregon do you take that spare you all It cost me more money to get to bed this time and it ever has to be located someone else who you guys think you guys are charging not much breaking money when there's no truck in a small toin a small town pull your butts out of your head and gets to s*** done you guys owe me more money and I want to get 200 and some dollars back when I turn the truck in early I pushed my butt to get that truck back 2 days earlier because I can get some money back I don't care if he guys offered 2 days extra on my time or executive miles that just saved me no money I'm pretty much you cut me more money

APRIL MCDERMOTTSecond time I rented. Second time I had trouble with the “after hours” (3pm) return. Website repeatedly said “you have been timed out” immediately after signing in. I was charged $20 return fee b/c I couldn’t use the website return.

The girl working the front desk had to help us lift it to get it on our truck. If you need a Uhaul, this place has them. But don’t rely on great customer service.

APRIL MCDERMOTTWe were just given keys and told to bring it back with half a tank. We weren’t shown which Uhaul was ours, we had to figure out based off of which one the key worked with. We brought it back with half a tank like directed and was charged an additional $50 for five gallons of gas which is ridiculous. If we would have been instructed correctly it would have been prevented.

Drew CosgroveDid make the trip from Ohio to California, but truck not running right costing over $1100 dollars in gas for 2400 miles, wiper blades being shot, and only water in the windshield washer tank, was not a very enjoyable trip with this truck. Normally I get good vehicles from Uhaul, but not this time.
