I want to complain that the truck was so so dirty and I had to spend some time in cleaning it. This is not acceptable. Also, the parking spot was so so tight and the gas station was so busy, it took me more than 40 mins to park the truck. I do not recommend this location. And I want your help in filing a complain on the cleanliness of the truck. Mamoon

If you confirm that the reservations is held you are taking a hold on my credit card to hold the truck and all the items I need to order example appliance dolly. I arrive to the location to pick up my truck and dolly and the man at the counter says dolly aren't guaranteed.. it's first come first served... what's the point of reserving something when you don't have it once I arrive. I had a set budget and because the location didn't have what I required. I had to drive to a location 22miles away from the first location. I encured more km/miles because of this making me pay more than originally budgeted. All your trucks should be full of gas. This almost full and forces us to somehow guess at how much Gas is needed to bring the gas back to the original mark. I ended up filling the truck and you guys don't give back if we over filled so know I'm am out another 35dollar because of that. Uhaul is the biggest scam in the world always trying to add more money to the end. Why don't you make things more transparent and say first come first served. Anyways this will be the last time I used uhaul. Very unimpressed

Saad AThe lady doing the reservation was slow and very snarky.When the customers were getting restless she pointed out this was a no hostile environment.Nobody had said a word but we all had commitments and the reservation would not allow us to book before 9am.She then tried to scam me by adding an insurance option even though I had declined online.She then tried to insist I needed commercial insurance to pull a trailer,which is totally false.

DERYK MSigned up for a trailer, dolly and pads. Showed up and they said they had no dolly or pads, a big part of what I was going to use the trailer for. U-Haul trailer has corrosion all over, a broken rail and a broken backup/license plate light Significant dirt in the trailer The owner made me do the hookup and unhook and didn't bother to check for safety. Worst U-Haul location I've used so far, I'd go to one of the main stores next time even though they are further.

I returned the truck and followed the links but each time I hit continue after entering the mileage gas and taking a photo of the dash, the page would not load so I assume I will be billed and extra $20 for not filling out the return on line. I tried booking on line and couldn’t the links just don’t work.
randy mUnit was buried in snow & Frozen to the ground - took me a half hour to dig it out. U Haul Rep was very kind but at 78 yrs old - he could not help physically. I reserved a unit with Ramps but was given a unit with no Ramps.

zhaosan YThe truck we received was from a USA state in a warm climate, and either there was no washer fluid or it was frozen solid. The day we picked up the truck it was -15°c and the roads were messy and we had to stop and use snow to clean the windshield. I had also requested blankets and a furniture dolly but the pickup location informed us when we arrived they had neither available. This was disappointing for us but luckily we had our own backup equipment but others may not have been as lucky. I wasn’t informed that we’d receive a text message to check the equipment before leaving the site and by the time I saw the message we were far enough away from the location I wasn’t able to complete the form. Again, we purchased insurance so I wasn’t too concerned but all these details would have been good to know and be told before we left the building.

Daniel SThe cab of the truck was not as clean as I expected. It wasn't horrible, but it doesn't look like it has been cleaned in some time. Slight smell of cigarette smoke and small bits of debris and dirt on the floor in the cab. Several contracts from previous customers on the seat and in the glove box. The box of the truck was reasonably clean and ready for our furniture. The two gentlemen I dealt with at the pick-up location were very friendly and quick to answer my questions. Overall I am satisfied with the pickup location but I think a small amount of effort in cleaning would have made a better impression.

John GThe iPhone app didn't work at all for pickup or dropoff (no way to even try), but the pickup and dropoff processes at the counter were fast and easy. Next time I won't even try to use the app.

Song WThere was a little confusion with the drop box. There was a slot for the key and a slot for a contract. But it seems that the contract was not really necessary to put in the drop box.
David MThe only reason I gave the location a four versus a five is that it is a VERY busy gas station with high traffic while I was returning the vehicle. The staff handled the traffic well but the volume of traffic made it difficult to return and park the vehicle safely.
