Need to work on self pick up location. Especially when picking up after hours
Kimberly ZVery difficult process to rent. Took about an hour after getting chatting and speaking with customer service. I've rented several others I'm the past. It was easier to return but they charged me for 2 full days when I only had it 26 hours. The additional time should have been taken off due to the problems we incurred with the pickup app. Once CS recommended switching to the internet browser, it worked fine but still slow.

Labresha MWOW - what a great location. This time I rented at night but when I rent in the day I always have found the most friendly people in the office. I like this place at night. Very well lit up - great room for the trucks - easy access to the key lock boxes. THIS PLACE IS THE BOMB !!!!

Alberta WYou can provide better customer service reps in Griffin Ga and drivable trucks for long distance that do not leak water into the truck when it rains. You can also balance your tires for long distance trips to prevent an accident.
TERRENCE HThese are such great folks. This time I rented at night. The area is very, very well lighted. Lots of room so it's easy to get the truck in and out. Could not be a better location. The trucks are always clean and ready !

WILLIAM HRequested a dolly and furniture pads had neither. Tried to do the self return app wasn’t working. I rented the truck to move and I moved so overall I’m satisfied
Kesua LI was told by uhaul that the office opened at 7 am it opens at 9 am I had to pay movers an extra hour and go through hell trying to get customer service to help me after 6 phone calls one of the U-Haul associate suggested that I could pick up the key from the dropbox, but this was only suggested after six phone calls I was told repeatedly there was nothing we could do but wait until nine however, the office manager at this U-Haul location with absolutely wonderful, and was very apologetic

Clarence DI did not receive the appliance dolly I reserved even after calling the facility the day before to confirm. That did complicate my move a bit, but other than that, everything went smoothly.
Shasta NTruck was dirty, had broken interior, low oil light and ABS light were on. Worst U-Haul I’ve ever rented.
COLE BEnsure all lights work, air conditioning works, driver door is aligned and driver window is on track.
BETHANY RThe lady told me the van was new and it was not. The front bumper was dented and the air did not work!! She took for 2 days over the weekend I was stuck with a van with no air with 80 degree weather!+

WILLIAM HThe trailer had a flat tire when I got there to pick up. The lady was very nice trying to help me. She called manager who gave me 3 options- 1) try to find another location of same size trailer , 2) call the 1-800- uhaul and wait until someone could come and 3) he could come in about an hour to see what he could do. There was a tire/ oil changing location right next door so I asked could I just take next door to get it looked at and fixed ( I was on a time limit to be at locations with trailer and I had to load the furniture on it. The manager agreed Ed to let me take over - I fill tire up( the uhaul lady said it was brought back in on Monday and it was fine) so I assumed it was slow leak. It held up and when I returned today I let the uhaul place know that they need someone to look at tire.

WILLIAM H--PLEASE, have accurate equipment descriptions!-- We reserved a 6x12 mower to move a lawn mower. (The previous week we had rented a 5x9 and discovered it was too small). The 6x12 had LESS than a 5 foot entrance with the ramp down, so it was another waste of $100 between the rental and the gas it took to get it where we needed it. Plus a totally wasted day (for the second time). Extremely frustrating and no help available with 1800uhaul, just sent us in circles about 5 times.
Brandt AThere wasn't anyone at the drop off location, just a key drop off box and guidelines presented within the app with steps to follow. I noticed a $40.00 fee plus tax with no explanation as to why. Once I presented a discrepancy to the app/website I was then directed to take photographs of the interior from the driver's door and a photo of the box interior to display cleanliness, which was impeccably neat and clean. The fee was not brought to my attention again and was never explained as to why I would owe the $40.00 plus tax fee to begin with. I did express the check engine light problem from my pick up the day before and how it was no longer present after I refueled. The $40.00 fee seemed to have been rectified by the interior photos I provided on the 5th of March but my Capital One app notified me on the 16th of March that my card was being charged for an extra day of rental when that was not provided on the 5th of March as the reason. Instead I was directed to photograph the interior to display the cleanliness of the U-Haul. I have a discrepancy with the $40.00 fee especially after correcting the check engine light issue by refilling with the appropriate fuel I surmise. Perhaps have a drop off location with an agent present and explain the day off the drop off why a $40.00 fee may be added 11 days later.

It was not that big of a deal , the customer before left trash and I cleaned it up because I didn’t want to be charged and blamed for it . Customer service inside was helpful and kind . She was very informative. I will return again.
