when I dropped it off i asked if I owed any was told not but a week later you just steal 4 more days rental without even asking me you just took out of my acct. Maintain trucks better. This was a truck issue and not a location issue. We did have an issue when we went to the first of two locations in Morehead, KY. The first gentleman was not the most pleasant but did tell us the downtown, Main St, Morehead, KY had a truck available the next day and booked it for us to pickup the next morning. Fortunately, we went to that location immediately afterward to know where we needed to be in the morning. The gentleman at that location was exceptionally helpful and personable. He apologized for the fact that the previous gentleman and/or your system double-booked the truck we were expecting to use the next day. He had no 15' or 20' trucks available. He booked a 20' truck for us to us at the Mt Sterling location. Somehow, the reservation ended up as a 26' truck which was a surprise. All-in-all, the process was a bit confusing. I was told it was a mobile reservation and I would have to take pictures before getting a code to get the key. I was handed a key before that happened. No one said when you take the insurance coverage, that isn't required until after I said the app wasn't asking for the pictures, odometer reading, etc. I did take pictures for my own record due to the large quantity of damage stickers on the truck. Three of four locations had very helpful people handling the process. It was just unfortunate that it was such an unpleasant ride and that the truck didn't have much power for driving up inclines through Kentucky. It certainly wasn't because our load was too heavy since I had only wanted a 15'' truck; everything was on the floor without needing to stack anything. Returning the truck couldn't have been easier other than being able to drop it off after hours the night before. Even if that was an option, I wanted to be sure someone knew the truck needed to be checked for the rough ride. If anyone needs any further comment, you are welcome to contact me. The transmission in the truck was very poor. It had a horrible time shifting. The representative was fantastic, though, as far as customer service. He did not know about the truck and wouldn't have known it unless he was out driving in it. He worked with me in adjusting my rental time and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the rental experience a fun one.

I was given the wrong trailer and was not aware until I went to drop it off at the return location. This caused a lot of issues and I still have not be reimbursed for the difference since I received a smaller trailer than I paid for.

The lack of cell phone reception made it difficult to pick up the vehicle with remote check in. I had to reload the app several times. The business has Wi-Fi but it’s password protected. It could be helpful to include the password in the info to make the check in/check out process easier.

Having a way to lift up the trailer into the hitch would have been helpful. We were rescheduled to pick up here morning of…. Unfortunately the lady at Uhaul traffic or wherever said she verified Hebron had moving blankets but the didn’t.

My experience with uhaul was awful bc customer service was very unprofessional with helping me... was not willing to go out of there way to help me return equipment... after being transferred to different employees of uhaul I was on hold for two and half hours and finally I graced with a very nice lady that resolved the problem within 5 minutes... I feel like if you're done like I was the customer should be reimbursed some of or if not all rental 🤔 bc I had run 30 to 40 dollars in gas out bc of the bad communications with the customer...thanks Joey

The lady that checked me out at my return was rude and disrespectful. I parked the truck where I was instructed when I picked up the truck. She then told me to go move it and take pictures of the miles and gas. She did not check the truck for damages. She then ran my credit card. I explained that I was paying cash and needed those charges reversed. Well made her angry. She then called someone to find out how to do it. I’m sure my body language was less than positive after 20 minutes of listening to her struggle with basic instructions. She then proceeded to yell at me because “I didn’t tell her not to run my card. “ I explained that I told the gentleman at the time of rental and that she didn’t ask me how I wanted to pay my bill. She then yelled and tried to talk down to me. I responded “ is this how you treat your customers? It’s not my fault that you didn’t ask me and just ran the card. “ she then got more rude and more aggressive. At that point I just wanted my receipt but she would not relent. I told her how “ unprofessional she was and asked for the managers name . She said her name and challenged me to call her boss. I will be making that call tomorrow. She was a rude lady. And I didn’t need to park the truck as she didn’t have to and I didn’t have deserve to be treated terribly because she assumed I was paying with a card. Then it angered her to have to reverse the charges. Again not my fault.

The gas when I picked it up was a hair over half a tank. When I returned it I did at half a tank and they charged me $10 (2 gallons) to me this wasn’t fair.

Returning a truck with a phone is annoying. I couldn’t get my location to work so I couldn’t check the truck back in. I don’t think this is a good system. I shouldn’t have to pay a “convenience” fee to return a truck.

Your website was malfunctioning.If Shannon who works at this location had not shown up we would not have gotten the vehicle at all.Same issues returning it.This is a dead zone for cell reception.We had two fully charged new phones.Your system gave me every possible excuse.Couldnt be processed,website malfunction,no memory,wrong cell #,wrong email,wrong password.I just created the acct and all info was correct.I called your 800# and was told my wait would be 51 minutes or someone would call me in 51 minutes.Shannon was great and this location is fine but it was the worst experience ever.And what is the extra $10 charge under CDW?I chose no optional coverage of any kind.I will never do this again.

The trailer I booked and got was damaged the hitch receiver was damaged and bent I was able to hook it up but it took me over an hour to disconnect I had to remove my receiver ball I order to get it disconnected. I’m very disappointed in the equipment. I need to rent again this coming weekend but I’m worried about the quality of trailers.

Nothing wrong with this particular location. However, you'll see in my account that I was originally supposed to pick up a truck from the Erlanger location. They notified me 14 hours before I was supposed to pick up my truck that there wasn't going to be a truck for me. That's it - not backup plan, no transfer, nothing. All other stores had already closed. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was hung up on because I was (understandably) upset. The Erlanger location did not offer any kind of solution. Why couldn't I have been notified weeks in advance? Unacceptable and I will be calling support over this to get my money back.

This facility was convenient to where our church was located but beyond that I chose the facility due to the extreme cleanliness, pest free, climate control facility. East access for any time I needed to enter/leave the facility. Also the premises were alarm protected and staff was so friendly and helpful with the renting and final closing of the unit. I would recommend this facility to anyone and certainly would use again if the need arises for a situation that I may have in the future.
