Robert L M.Go back to having employees walk with and check vehicle. Not everyone is knowledgeable about uploading photos. I got a truck mileage and gad was totally different from my papers. Their answer was take a picture, when the adjustment could have been made right then. The truck had 8 miles more on it then what it said. Thankfully a Manger did make it right once I showed him my phone. To me this is not my job to self truck a truck then prove to you anything not accurate. Go back to the old ways.

Fern N.I was told to take a picture of the gas gauge before I left and I'm glad I did. When I picked up the U-Haul, it was at less than an eighth of a tank. I brought it back slightly above an eighth of a tank. When checking out, I was told that the record said it was at half a tank when I got it and that it would be $70 extra to get it filled back up. It is ridiculous to use a system that inaccurate.

Brady T.I denied insurance coverage at the counter. When I got the receipt after return, it showed I was charged $15 for "Safe Move" despite this, and the employee working then couldnt refund my money, and could only suggest I call the 800 number for "claims". After 12 minutes on hold, the claims people were confused I'd called them - it wasnt an insurance problem... Later, someone from the location did call me and say they'd refund the $15, but its not showing in my bank acct yet. It was a hassle and Uhaul wouldve ripped me off for $15 if I hadnt been vigilant. You should get me a free rental for this!

anthonys R.I was overcharged for a rental I returned last week. I returned the rental on the expected day and was only an hour later than the time I picked it up and they charged me for an extra day. Which overdrafts my bank account. Horrible service. I'll never rent from them ever again!!!

Roy Thomas P.Only thing was, this was my first time renting a U-Haul. I also brought that to the guy's attention. He sent me out to look for my truck said it was on the gravel area. They are all on gravel and there was tons I had no idea what I was looking for or how to tell which one was mine I was looking at license plates. Then a guy was looking for his and showed me how after about 10 mins. Then his truck was blocked in and had to go get someone. So maybe just little more help on the lot getting trucks but besides that it went great
