First stop was the Uhaul center in Corona. Very hectic and a long wait to be served. Corona didn't have the trailer and after waiting 30 minutes they sent me to the Van Buren store There, I was waited on immediately and on my way in 15 minutes. That will be my Home store from now on.

Adrian P.I am a long time UHaul customer. I have used this location many times and Christian was very courteous and professional. I rented a Uhaul Pickup Truck and Tow trailer to pick up a used vehicle in Palm Springs. After renting from Uhaul, I drove 85 miles one way to pick up my vehicle. After arriving, we found that the Tow Trailer was in total disarray and was so abused that we could not get the straps off of the trailer to secure the vehicle. I had to turn around and drive back to return the Truck and Trailer because the trailer was useless. I am demanding a full refund including the $40.00 of gas I put back into the truck for the Gas that was used. I need to Re Rent a truck and WORKING Auto trailer. Please ADVISE!!!!!
John A.*Make sure to double check fuel level in rental and have them verify on receipt before you leave! * Van had less than 1/8 tank but employee marked it for 1/4. He then told me I'd get a fuel credit after I watched him hand pour gas into the van. Took delivery, gave dude a fist bump for the catch and immediately refueled it. 4 hours later the exact same employee got amnesia when I asked about the credit when turning it in with double the gas it left with. “It left with a quarter tank sir†I bet he still smelled of the gas he had to pour in to get it running. I don't write reviews but dude was incompetent and dishonest. Wish I could take back my fist bump and send karma his way. Would avoid this particular employee but otherwise a decent location.

Robert B.My first time renting a uhaul. I was supposed to move from my home to our new home. Escrow did not go through. I ended up taking the vehicle back ( total of 6.5 miles round trip) . Never used it for the move. I was stil charged 89.00 for the. I technically rented for 2 days, but different circumstances occurred. Kind of shocked to pay 89.00 dollars for not using it. The uhaul representative said “ that once you drive off the lot , you pay for the day†… just my experience from my 1st rental from Uhaul.

The nice female employee changed the truck. She also saw a leak by the gas fuel spot. Thank you for doing such a good job.

Brian B.you need to give your staff more support. I reserved a uhaul truck in advance and went inside to find a line of at least 10 people waiting for rentals. You had one cashier and one support member on staff. That is not enough to adequately handle that volume of customers. I waited over an hour for a truck that I booked in advance. There were multiple equipment malfunctions with your register and despite the clerk's best efforts, your obviously ill-repaired equipment did not give them the tools to succeed. Despite the kindness and professionalism of your staff, I will not be renting from this location again.

david V.U haul needs to change their policy of getting two phone numbers and now....now....taking a picture of the customer??? Ridiculous. I rent from this location usually several times a month. All they have to do is check the rental history to know that I'm going to return the trailer. Not good to make customers feel like a suspicious criminal. Every. Single. Time. They. Rent. Bad business. I quit going to the Moreno valley uhaul because they continually called my references with me at the desk. Every. Single. Time. Silly & a time waster, not to mention annoying to the people that have to be called. And unnecessary given that we live in a data age. Change your business practices.
