Even though this is a smaller location but they never disappoint me I always find the equipments I’m looking for. I use U-Haul trucks for business about twice a month. The location on 651 South havana street is much closer for me and a bigger facility. But I prefer this location because of it’s friendly staff and Equipment availability. But I do have a very big complaint on the facility of 651 South Havana because of how they treat customers, I have encountered many times where there is an available trucks and employees would tell me there was nothing available but when I talk to another employee they will tell me there is trucks available and these happened several times. And I was one’s yelled at in front of customers by an employee for being on the phone while I was not even at the counter and not loud. The employees you guys have at this facility on 651 South Havana street need a training on how to handle customer service. Not all of them but some are not really competent to handle customer service positions.

I book a towing trailer; the lights were not working so I couldn’t take it!. I didn’t want a tow dolly but I had no option, he tried the first one and one of the lights were not working until the 3rd one finally was a so far so good conditions. When I got to the location to use it, the straps were rusty and hard to remove. One of the safety chains was missing the hook. This is the worst experience I ever had using uhak and no one even offer a discount due all the inconvenience. It was so hard to put the car on top since I pick it up from a Copart yard, that’s I need it the big one!!

The location and check-in process was efficient. My truck wasn’t the best condition (the driver’s door wouldn’t close fully where the car light came in to warn us). The worker didn’t instruct me to do the pre-vehicle check nor didn’t get me my updated invoice that night. They seemed busy but now I will be calling to get my updated invoice.

Very clean , quick and easy experience. I don’t know if have the trucks at a very low gas level U-Hauls policy , if so keep it that way , if it isn’t maybe a quarter tank should be the minimum. I got the truck lower than 1/4 tank. Maybe if that could change it’ll be easier if someone is in a rush , other than that I had a comfortable experience.
