Screens didn't load, and they had to reschedule me for the next day because they don't do hitch installation before 9, even though I booked it over a week before for 7:30. The man who installed it was very helpful and kind, but it's frustrating to lose hours of my day away from my family for no reason.

Latausha H.The U-haul employee asked me to sign the paperwork indicating the fuel tank was half-full. However, when I got in the truck, the fuel was no where near half full. I was pressed for time, so I did not have time to wait. I did take a picture showing the fuel gage level, and the mileage (showing I had not left yet). I would not recommend this location to anyone.

FRANCES B.The trailer wasn't in bad shape as far as cleanliness goes, but it did have some rocks and chunks of brick, along with some old nails that weren't swept out before we rented it. We made sure to sweep it out before we returned it. Otherwise, everything was good.

Once outside he didn't pay attention to what the young lady told him to get so he was in the wrong area until I said it's an open trailer. Those cell phones really make customers service bad.

So, I had to wait on the phone until the customer representative answered(40minutes)- but the customer service representative resolved the issue quickly and I was able to get my uhaul and go about my day.
