richard rMike was super cool! He understood that sometimes customers make mistakes, but that isn’t the end of the world! He helped me fix a reservation I made for a 10inch trailer.. when I most definitely needed a 20in for the fact I was moving a 2bd2bth house! He helped with no hesitation! Thank you again!!
TIANA OI realize each location is independent but "corporate" needs more communication overall with each location. If corporate tells me something like "extra large straps" are at a specific location I expect someone to know.

LATISHA STye check out and in was a quick and easy process. We did get the pickup truck back 3 hours earlier but still charged us for the one mile we went over. But it is what it is. It was only $1- something more. However,overall very good!
Kelly MI really appreciate the manager/sales rep who called me and notified me that my rental was going to be late, according to our original contract. Moving is stressful and I don't always plan correctly. I called back the manager and updated him that I was going to be late again and he was super chill. I really appreciate that he was so chill and kind and not making a huge deal over being late, just as long as we were in communication. Thanks bro

Tim BThis location was not my location of the reservation. My reservation was on Northwest Expressway but the trailer wasn’t there. They said I had 10 minutes to get to the next location to pick up a U-Haul trailer. The location on NW. 39th Expressway was very helpful and got me on my way.

Julian CWhen I was there somebody inquired about having a hitch installed and they said we do not install hitches on the weekend I remember being employed for you and I'd love to working for you and I would install a hitch at any moment I in fact used to work at this Location on Northwest 39th and Tulsa And the general manager had me go get my own truck which is okay but I was supposed to be a customerit should have been brought around to me she did not check the gas or the mileage she just said here's your keys
david WIn my pre-check in online, it estimated the miles to be driven at 12. At the location, I was told by Michael that every contract had to be written at a 50 mile estimate. When I returned, I was told that was not a true statement and now I have to wait for a credit on my credit card bill. Seems unnecessary and keeps me from saying that it was all good. It’s deceptive and that never helps in a customers eyes.
