My original location did not leave a key for my truck. I had to wait 45 minutes on the phone with the 24/7 line to discover this service failure then they sent me to another location. The lock was not properly working so I had to wait for a GM to come. I was there until 11:40 pm
STARTECIA MWhy would you send someone to a vacant lot to pick up and drop off a truck when you have several other locations near by...That can be very dangerous! The locks are very hard to open... I will never rent from this location again!
