Good location to unload storage and drop off equipment. Had to submit a request for my storage unit as the latch was bent and not connecting properly. Kind employees but told me it might take weeks up to months before this is fixed. Could not help with immediate latch fix or getting me a remote to gate like I requested. Would rate 5 stars without these issues.

The only reason I didn’t give it a five star is because you all allow us to rent the car for living but when I arrived the facility was closing. Might I add you all allowed me to rent it. For a specific. Time. What save this company was the flexible staff. They were so understanding and helped me figure it out.

I would have preferred to rent the van, but it was not available although I tried to rent it several days in advance. I rented a 10' truck two times in the last month from the same pickup location in Houston and returned to the same location in Austin. All the rental details were the same, so I was surprised that the fee varies. Otherwise, all went well. I appreciate your service. .

I give my id, i called the store to have more time they couldn’t find my name wich they had my id but i found out they put on the receipt a diffrent name - Abdullah elbaz. How come my name is khaled abed and they give the truck on someone else name and when i called they said we cant find youre name on the system but i still have the truck on me . How come i give id and i have someone else name on my receipt . Thats not professional at all. Other than that all was good .

I had a terrible experience with the staff at a this location. They were extremely rude and provided zero customer service. In fact, I am considering legal action against one of the employees there. She insulted me, and I have recordings to prove it. Additionally, they tried to charge me a higher price than what was agreed upon.

I reserved a truck and a dolly online only to arrive and they had no dolly available. I was then put in a position where they had to locate a dolly at another location. I incurred the mileage charges for something that was outside of my control. I had to agree to the costs because I had a move scheduled with an external party. It would have been courteous to advise me at the time of making the reservation there were no dollies at the location I scheduled with.

This facility is one of the best ones I've used. The staff is very friendly, efficient and very helpful. They go above and beyond to make you have what we need and are satisfied before we leave. The service was good, the catho van smelled horrible but i rolled with the windows down. I was over charged for way more mileage than I used. I have photos of the gauge when I left and when I returned. When I try to pull up my account online to dispute this on the app and the order does not even show up as a completed order I want the correct amount to be charged and I want my money returned to me. The economy is to bad to overcharge people.

The mileage gauge is not working correctly and is very inaccurate. Case and point.... I rented a 10-foot truck to move house plants that "All My Son's" moving and storage would not take on their moving trucks going from Dallas TC to Houston TX. U-Haul's 10-foot rental truck mileage gauge logged me as using over 1,000 miles from Dallas TX to Houston TX for a one-way rental, and want to charge me an additional $700.00 on top of what was paid, for the crazy mileage. It is only less than 350 miles one way from Dallas TX to Houston TX... Not over 1,000 miles. We spent almost 2 hours trying to get this error squared away. This was a horrible experience!!!

The truck was horrible..the transmission is off. It randomly switched gears from drive to neutral. The Ac didn't work after the first 10min. I will never rent another truck from this location in my life. I will definitely do I Google review recommending not to ever rent from there again. It was only about 100.00 max an I would gladly pay more to go somewhere else. Waste of cash and time. Never again

I had reserved an appliance dolly as well as blankets. Upon arrival at the end of the transaction the employee informed me that the dolly wasn’t available and he wasn’t sure if blankets were available either. This information provided at the last minute is completely unacceptable. The male manager was rude upon arrival and initiation by telling me I was "rude" for walking past him and not saying thank you as he blocked the entrance to talk to a staff member. When moving things into storage, there was a guy in a trench coat that parked behind my movers and I. He got out of his car and decided to badly walk toward us and our storage to view our belongings. We asked him if there was a problem but he ignored us and decided to walk back to his car after taking a photo of us. The first and couple times after we arrived, there was always alot(20 males) of Hispanics waving us down in the parking lot asking for work. It made unpacking uncomfortable as they starred us down and continously asked. Recently we had no problems and finally closed out our storage. Thank you

Upon arrival before reviewing our information, staff didnt believe we were suppose to get the free month off after a one way from Mn. There is over 60 hispanic immigrants surrounding the uhaul facility and nearby store waving down customers for the opportunity to unload they're storage trucks. One guy stalked my husband from right outside the restroom, inside the employee gate next to the door to beg my husband to "help" us. They don't take "no' for an answer. While unloading, The immigrants and employees constantly stalked us to see what were unloading and to watch us. 2 employees, a hispanic young lady and man, and also a black guy in a trench coat, (also employee) and another chubby white guy in a black car. The blk guy walked by to nosy and to get the truck info while the white/hispanic guy looked around. They didn't leave until we did,(2hrs later) that is after they saw us back up. Very weird staff! The day before, the older blk, tall,manager blocked the door,as I was walking in to assist my husband. I said "excuse me" and walked by him. He decided to call me out by saying "that's rude" then proceeded to have a stare off with me to try to intimidate me. The other blk staff guy at counter obviously felt awkward. He was the one who didnt want to give my husband the 1 month off until the manager gave it to us. The manager eventually walked away and then later came in to tell his Hispanic lady staffer to "please stay inside and watch out" and left again with an attitude. The Hispanic guy checking out next to us was about to cut some locks on a storage or something but I'm guessing he was there to intimidate us too bc he knew the manager well. My husband initially didn't want insurance e on storage but after noticing the area closely, we decided to put some liability on our storage. The blk staffer was frustrated bc he didn't know how and asked the Hispanic girl to help. He made it verbally known that in the facility that 'at first we didn't want it but now we do'. Yes! We do bc I don't trust the staff or our belongings to be safe without it. Sometime this week, I will get the full liability and pay extra monthly for it. This place needs a uhaul in management and staff asap!!

The management and staff are very helpful, courteous and prompt. Being that the facility is open 24/7 365 days a year is a good thing for the customers. The main problem with that is there is no security after hours other than an outdated video system. We moved out mainly due to several thousands of dollars of equipment being stolen from our unit on 12/31/22. In my case there was no cameras facing the door for a better view. The existing cameras are way to distorted to even make out clear video of people, vehicles and tag numbers which does nobody any good including the police. There is no chance to recover any of our hard-earned losses. In my opinion the theft will not stop until U-Haul Steps Up to Provide the Correct Security Systems Including an Afterhours Patrolling Security Guard.

My storage unit was on the 2nd floor. When I arrived to remove my items, there was a note that the elevator was broken and to use the stairs. A staff person told me the elevator had been broken for TWO MONTHS. When I went to use the stairs, the door to the stairwell was locked. After a 20-minute wait, a staff unlocked the door. There is a big sign on the inside of the door that read: "Keep unlocked during business hours". This is the 2nd time I've experienced that door being locked during business hours.

My travel trailer was stolen there Saturday, May 8th. I received zero help from the staff. I was told that a supervisor was "on the way". I waited an hour, she never showed up. They have cameras, but we could not see the videos, no cooperation whatsoever. Pitiful! The saddest excuse for a business. A joke. You lost a good client.

The only negative, and this is really not the facility, but the yard crew using the unit across from me blocked the entire driveway with several vehicles and they refused to move their truck from in front of my unit until I begged sufficiently. I let the foreman play his game because I did not have time for the fistfight.

I don't know who to believe, UHAUL or just this location. I placed an order online as mentioned which stated office hours 9 am to 7 pm Access hours 9 am to 10 pm and considered one of the 24 hour access location. However, apparently there office and access hours are the same. They said I wouldnt get in pass 7pm. Strike one- I also reserved a 10' truck and unit along with a dolley. The truck was available however I had issues with the storage unit. I couldnt bring my belongings back after 6:45 pm , in which online only reservation available at multiple location for a truck was 7pm but Im not allowed to access the storage facility after 6:45 pm 🤔 Why? The young lady had to contact her manager /supervisor to approve access after hours!! Strike two- The storage unit that I reserved for available which was a 5×5×10 however its was ok but I decided on something bigger therefore I changed to a 7×5 ×5 perfect for now. I go back to bring my belongings the door was open to access the inside unit however apparently you can only access units on the outside after business hours but not inside ok. So Im inside with belongings in hand and the unit I reserved for has a lock on it, wow!!!!🙄 i just spoke with the two employees on duty at the time and this happens so no unit and belongings with me. I reserved for 7pm to 11pm they withdrew the entire amount already from my account, paid in full no unit. Strike three- I get back to return the truck was unable to return online for whatever reason it gave me a message of not finding the location in which my location settings were turned on , so I came in the morning when they opened at 9 am which the young lady said I could return and it was on the reservation at 9 am. The line to return was long, social distance is out the window. There was only one person working and Im at this point over uhaul. My experience for the first time has been a nightmare, Is it Covid-19 or what
