While the access lanes are narrow and restrictive at this facility, the office staff and management — particularly Bianca — are always friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Bianca does a great job of representing the U-Haul brand in a positive manner. I would (and did) drive many miles out of my way to use a facility that she manages.

Tire sensor light was on and agent was aware when I returned the truck. Also VERY difficult to move back or forward to adjust it. When I went back inside to get help I had to wait because he was helping someone else out. That was ok. But when he came back outside he went to get another truck for the other person instead of finishing with me so that I could get going.

Lack of communication , lengthy pick up process. The premises were way too small to navigate the trailer out of the pick up location, it took way too long for the overall time frame from start to finish . Not enough staff to help ensure an easy exit .
Booking was made a month prior to pick up for another town / location. U haul put no effort into ensuring a closer pick up location was available.

The truck was a little beat up, only issue was the passenger side mirror immediately shifting up while driving. But for the price of the rental, I’m not complaining.

Josh was very helpful, but I had said we were moving Saturday which he said that wasn’t a problem. I arrive to my storage unit at night as my husband works late and my storage was locked. Nobody notified me there would be a green lock on it that wasn’t put there by me.

The truck rented is advertised for $20 a day, however I ended up paying over $100 because they only had "one-way rentals" available that apparently cost more (even though not advertised as such) & was told the extra $200 I was paying was the deposit that would be returned when the actual deposit that is partially returned is only $100

The manager does not keep her word when she said I would not be charged a few for running late then when I show up I get charged for two days and the guy that was there was not relayed the message from the manager and promised me it would get taken care that day and it doesn’t I go in the next day and speak to the manager and she tells me there’s nothing she can do I have always used U-Haul and I’m not anymore nor recommending it to anybody absolutely worst experience

The manager, lied and cheated me. She 100% said the gas level was different than it actually was, she charged me 25 dollars in gas when the level was exactly what it was when I received it, then she was rude unprofessional, and basically said if you didn't take a picture there is no proof, and hung up on me. TERRIBLE, i almost lost my temper but decided to let it go.

For one, the attendant didn't secure the trailer at all, and it came loose while driving with a load. Thank God it didn't damage the vehicle. Secondly, the attendant told me there was no after-hours drop-off for the return. My task took longer than anticipated, so I had to bring the trailer back the next evening. Picked it up on 11/12/23 at 4:11p and returned on 11/14 at 6:50p. I was charged for three days. If the attendant hadn't told me that there was no after-hours drop-off, I could have returned the trailer on 11/13. Overall, it was a very poor experience.

We have rented vans several times from the Waxahachie location with no issues. We rented a box truck this time. This truck had almost 160,000 miles on the odometer. We made it about 15-miles and had to pull into Discount Tire in Midlothian. Both back tires on passenger side were extremely low. The truck wasn't clean and had an odor as well. We get to where we were going go unloaded and parked. Got back in truck after about 8-hours and truck wouldn't start. We had to find someone to jump us off. This rental was a pain and couldn't wait to get this back before something else happened.

Better customer service. I was five minutes late picking up the equipment and was told after waiting for the representative for 15 minutes that they were waiting on me all morning and they had to go take their kids to school and I was going to have to wait until they got back so I waited another 20 minutes until they returned. I also was charged a after hour charge of 20 dollars and was not informed of that being a thing either because I dropped my trailer off early before the next day.

Moving is never easy but receiving best in class customer service always makes it a bit easier. After dealing with an unprofessional Lorena from the traffic department in Grand Prarie on the phone. I was a bit nervous. However after arriving at this location Joshua really helped to make the process smooth and seamless to what was already a very frustrating move. He was knowledgeable and friendly. This location was clean well organized and the staff even came by to check on us as we were loading in. We ran into a problem in the computer system and Bianca was very helpful and attentive to her employees needs. I had a one way truck and a storage reservation and Joshua was able to get both of them handled. Thanks everyone for helping us with our move!

The young men didn't record the money I gave them to rent the storage after they stated that beings I was from Michigan the 1st . Month was free . What happened to the$112.00 I payed 5/28/23 . They put it in their pockets .
They probably split a $100 the accounted for the insurance $7.00 but not the storage fees or the lock zi had to purchase at their facility .

Very unhelpful staff who clearly do not like their jobs nor have any customer skills.
There is not enough room to access front storage units with all the trucks and trailers parked in the way. Was told when I came in with my trailer it “wasn’t there problem” because I should have a small truck. WTF?
Had to call several phone numbers and wait a long time before anyone would come to office to move me out. Then acted like I had put them out. Do better uhaul- and don’t put your “cell” numbers on the doors for people to call when you don’t answer.

I am livid and extremely upset , after 2 attempts to get the truck I reserved, I stood out in freezing temperatures in freezing rain trying to get the code to gain access to the lock , an after the second failed attempt I was completely frozen and angry. We need to talk and re adjust the original reservation, I have no truck and have not been able to load or pack a single item when I have a very short timeframe to be moved out of my current residence. ! !

We have used this facility off and on for over 15 years. It has always been a great experience. The current staff far exceeds any of the previous staffs. They were polite and helpful.
