Currently in dispute with Repwest regarding this unit. All of my items were water/mold/mildew damaged due to storm water entering the unit. Also, unit had a rodent problem. Dead mice, droppings, and tons of acorns/ food brought in. 3 couches (trashed), upright kawai piano moisture damaged (trashed),mid century desk water damaged (trashed), two full sized oriental rugs, mildewed and rodent damaged(trashed). Spent a lot of money storing items with value for resale, only to have it all damaged. Waste of time/money/and effort, all to be strung along by Repwest insurance. Issue is still not resolved.

Mike M.George and this location provided excellent service. However my experience was poor to start. I used 24/7 to rent a truck and showed up 30 minutes early as suggested by the website. When attempting to use the service I was instructed to call U-Haul. When I called I was initially helped then transferred to “trucksâ€. The transfer was never answered. George at the location ended up helping me and we had to set up a second reservation. It took over an hour to get a truck. Again George was excellent but the overall experience was disappointing.

Ryan N.I would like a verbal explanation of toll policy at the time of rental. I didn't have an EZPass transponder and incurred a plate by picture fee which will be sent to UHaul, and then passed on to me. I don't mind paying the toll, but you should rent transponders or find a way to make toll payments easier.

After arriving at the location to pick up the truck I rented, I had to leave and make arrangements to have someone drop me off to get the U-Haul truck and meet ne back there when I returned it. That is ridiculous. Customer parking should be provided. I will rent from another company or location next time.

Lynne B.The u-haul app and website did not work at all. There was no way for me to take the proper steps that I have done in the past to take pictures and confirm that it was returned. The only thing that would come up is instructions to leave the car and drop the key in the box. I have screen recording proof that I dropped off at the correct time but was unable to find proper steps. The reservation experience with u-haul was very poor and makes us not want to rent from you again. We have had family share the same poor experience. If someone isn't at the location to help you cannot get your vehicle. Please fix this.

Brian O.Registration to rent the vehicle was very good. I worked with George via phone call. George was very professional, helpful, and friendly. I just wish it was George at the counter when I arrived to drop off the rental. The person I dealt with was rude, slow, and not as professional as George. I was in a hurry and wanted to pay with cash. But because he took so long I was forced to leave and wait to be billed by credit card. This encounter ruined my experience.

Thomas M.I needed a truck, so I thought of U-Haul. That was my first choice! I picked the Frazer location. It was the closest to me, and I am happy I did because I met George there. He was so pleasant and so helpful. He directed me with things I didn't know about. I picked up the truck and finished what I was doing. I returned it at around 10:00PM, and George was still there. He was still greeting me and wished me luck and was advising my son to take care of his dad. He is such a nice guy. I recommend this U-Haul for anyone looking to move.

The most difficult part was closing out the contract, I got everything out one evening after hours and then couldn’t get in touch with the facility because they don’t answer the phone. It took 2 days of calls because when it passed through to the central number they told me I could only handle it with the local office, so I spent 2 days calling until someone finally answered.

We were not notified of this prior to arriving with our Uhaul truck full of items we planned to store in a 10x10, and we had to make multiple trips to take things back that could not fit in the 5x10 unit we were given. The staff was very friendly and accommodating - so no issues at all with the service.

I spoke to two office staff two months in a row to put me on auto-billing --- I was charged later fees each time because they didn't do it. Then when I checked out, I used the website because clearly the office staff didn't follow-though. Guess what, my check out was not processed. I stopped into the office just to confirm, and he had to do it manually. Why waste my time.
