The truck has a stutter when you reach 35 MPH, the truck bed was not cleaned, the brakes on the truck were a little sketchy and made sounds. But the overall experience at the rental place was good all the services and add on were offered and the guy had a decent enough good attitude.

They charge me $18 for the gas being low when it wasn’t at all not cool there was blood on the passenger door told him about it. He told me you should’ve said something and we would’ve gave you a different truck. No, you should’ve cleaned it.

Good service at location for pick up and drop off . They don’t answer the phone when calling the location . The inside of the truck was very dirty .( lots of dirt on the floor ) The cabin smelled of beer and was dirty .

I got charged for two extra days that I didnt use the truck. I dropped off the truck the same day only 4 hours after renting it to a U-Haul employee that was at the door and asked "are you returning the truck?" and I said "yes im turning it back in" and the employee told me to just leave the keys inside the truck and they will check it back in for me. 2 days later I get a notification from my credit card company saying I got an additional charge on my credit card from U-Haul and an email from U-Haul saying that I turned the truck back in 2 days after I actually turned it in. Not happy at all.

Hialeah and clewiston locations, good customer service and good people. But I'm very disappointed with u haul corporations my brother rented same enclosed trailer, same day in Cape Coral FL and he paid $130 for the day, and I paid here in Hialeah $240 dollars. Not acceptable., Thank you.

I was trying to drop the truck in the area i move in and the guy in the uHaul told me that i was not able to leave the truck in there because it wasn’t space for a truck of this size. So he gave me antoher location to drop the truck and when i went there. The person who spoke to me told that if i drop the truck in that location i would have to pay 238$ so, they also told me to call the traffic department to change the location and this traffic department couldn’t help me with that. So i had to pay this amount and wasn’t expecting that, im disappointed with this service for this reason

I was helped by a tall girl- she was kind - understanding - polite and very professional She made sure everything was explained and had an excellent customer service The guys were not polite - There was one guy when I returned the car that got upset why someone called him to attend a customer- he said to his coworker angry “I’m studying - I got two jobs bro” and slammed the desk In conclusion: Make the girl a manger with a raise and hire a better male staff

Sugerencia realizar mantenimiento a los camiones antes de entregarlo al cliente en mi caso el camión que rente tenía mal olor en la cabina de chofer, el parabrisas lleno de excremento de aves en el vidrio frente al chofer al cual me quitaba visibilidad para conducir el depósito del agua no tenía agua para lavar en limpia parabrisas y por último me toco hacerle mantenimiento al furgon, ya que la renta del camión fue para realizar la trasportación de unos muebles blancos de tela y el fogón estaba lleno de tierra

I was very pleased. Great service vehicle was up, ready and running. Just a small constructive criticism. Was left on hold in the phone for quite some time. Maybe a little improvement, but everything else was excellent. Employees are all kind and willing to help immediately. Truly recommend this location. Thanks so much to the U-Haul staff.

Todas las cosas tenían caca de ratón es decir q hay ratones y cucarachas en el sitio ,oscuro sin ventilación parte de las cosas tuvimos q botarlas porque tenemos na Niña y sus juguetes estaban con caca de ratón como bien les dije y nuestros muebles también y eso es un peligro por ende nesecitamos q nos hagan la devolución de los $215 q nos cobraron por solo pasarnos de fecha por cuestiones de tiempo por tan solo dos o tres días.Cuando pagamos un camión q casi nos costó $2000 el cual también estaba incómodo y con mucho ruido q no se podía casi ni manejar .

I stored at this facility for many years. I endured price increases year after year. I watched my unit get worse and worse over time. Mouse sized cockroaches and mouse droppings on all my stored goods. I could no longer put up with skyrocketing rent and leave my goods in an unsanitary environment. So I give up. I emptied out my unit and will not recommend anyone to this facility. sincerely Jimmy Gilmore

I had two antique paintings taken from my storage at 6150 W 20th Ave Hialeah, Fl location. There were no signs of forced entry so the only explanation for the missing paintings is the uhaul staff

Uhaul totally screwed up my move from Missouri to Florida. They forgot to ship my stuff, then they did it 20 days later and tried to charge me for the extra time of storage needed because of them!!!!
