The agent told me that the gas gauge was at 1/2 but it was at the mark below that. I should of taken a picture to prove that so I didn't get charged $13.41. Other then that great service!

This was an excellent experience as in past rentals at this location. The website to reserve a vehicle was easy to use and the U-Haul employee was able to accommodate my request for a different type of vehicle when I arrived. The return process was just as smooth. Both employees made for a very easy and positive experience!

I thought the truck was in good operating condition but driving it seemed like the transmission was slipping. It didn't go through all the gears during transition from stop to full speed. I did report it.

The truck smelled like smoke so bad it make me sick the windows were so dirty I could barely see out of them the dash was covered in some rock hard goo the floor was sticky the manager was vary rude was talking vary bad about his employees and was swearing on the phone to other customers!

The response time for a service agent upon my return definitely needs improvement. The cleanliness of my equipment was terrible. I was afraid to touch the cup holders, and the windows and mirrors needed cleaning to the point it wasn’t safe to operate the vehicle. I believe that a simple power washer station on premises would help with customer satisfaction.

Store ws well stocked with accesories. I was dissapointed when I drove away to find the fuel gauge telling me I had 7 miles to E. The weather was terrible and the store was short handed due to the weather. The clerk did make it right when I called to inform her that there was little fuel in the truck.

The wheel of the vehicle was a bit shaky and it was difficult to move the seat up. The staff were so helpful and kind. The facility was jam packed with product making it not conducive to walk through.

I have rented many trailers from uhaul never had a bad experience with equipment until this one. Right brake and turn signal didn’t work. Employee tested the trailer and it was the trailer light. They did not have a light to replace it so I had to take it with no right brake or turn. Checked my tow vehicle and that was fine putting out signal. The brakes on the trailer did nearly nothing unlike all the other trailers. Rented many trailers from uhaul and they all have been awesome. Driving home with a car on the back and trailer brakes not doing anything was sketchy and that nighttime with no brake light or turn signal was as well.

My only complaint was that you were unable to install the hitch I bought from you for the price quoted online of $50. I pointed that out and you were unable to explain eligibility for the $50 rate but offered me a fee of $60. I needed it installed so I paid the $60, but online price was different than what you charged.

The rental experience was excellent. The employee who helped me was amazing. Friendly and helpful. He knew exactly what I needed and was very efficient. Excellent customer service. However, your office equipment needs a little updating. It was slow.

El primer camión que obtuve con ustedes me lo dieron sin gasolina tuve que echarle yo lo cual eso no estuvo bien porque ofrecen un servicio en una cantidad de dinero y no es cierto es engañoso y en sima sin gasolina con una peste a caca de perro en el asiento detrás del que guiaba el camión y tengo foto de como me entregaron el camión esta primera vez fue malisimo el servicio y tuve que pagar 100 dolares y el segundo camión me lo entregaron si con gasolina y me ofrecieron el camino de 30 y me cobraron 51 dolares entonces para que ofrecen un precio cuando te cobran otro, alquile con esta compañía porque no tenía otra opción pero si me dieran a escoger o recomendar no lo haría otra vez. While calling the location the phone just rings, then a customer service representative from a call center can't provide, change or update your info they can only take payment..they do not have an email address on file and we are told because Uhaul has 3 different computer systems..customer service via telephone is a tragedy..staff at the location did not enter correct info, initially , but very helpful otherwise
