MICHAEL SWhen I picked up the vehicle I had to go to the online link and then take pictures and upload them to the link for each difference I noted. When I rent cars, the employee of the rental agency takes care of that -not me. Additionally, the fuel gauge was overstated when I picked up the vehicle. I noted on the pickup slip with a photo of the gauge that it was in error. Although, I purchased fuel to replace what was used, I was still charged for additional fuel fees. I disputed the charges almost 48 hours ago and I still have not heard back from U-Haul.

She said she was the manager there I didn’t get her name but she was excellent. Also very helpful. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable really appreciated it, those two young ladies deserve a recognition
THOMAS SThe gas in the tank was NOT at the level stated on contract, but slightly less than three quarters shown on the contract. I did not want to make a big think out of it, but I am wondering why U-Haul does not have ALL trucks full instead of partially full, so customers are confused about how much to put in the tank and usually they overpaying for it. Upon returning the van one associate asked me if I put gas and I replied 'yes" stating that I overpaid for it. I offered to show her the receipt and I filled out to the max although when I picked it up was only 3/4. No refund was given to me for the extra gas I paid. They offer to buy back the supplies if customers do not use them all, it should be the same for gas if a receipt is presented.

Robert BLast time I rented for 4 hours and paid $87. But today's experience disappointed me. I rented the same pickup truck for 3 hours and returned it on time. When I picked it up, it was dirty. I filled in more fuel. Oddly enough, I was given an invoice for $123. They included a 30 cleaning fee. But when I took it, it was dirty! But the most interesting thing is that they wrote off a completely different amount from my card, they wrote off $137!!! I'm shocked by today's experience with U haul???

dennis gThe truck stalled after severals hours. I’ve wasted half a day trying to resolve this issue. It turns out the alternator was dead, which means the truck was not properly maintained.
Roman VU-Haul truck only had 1/4 tank of gas in it. Representative never advised where the truck was located in the lot nor explained the truck functionality. He was not customer friendly. We seemed to be more bothersome

William Fit said my unit should be split but the unit i opened is not a split level .. i called uhaul and they said specifically there shoukd be upper and lower level storage bin a split level unit and there arent 2 levels so idk why its advertised as having a split with upper and lower it should have had above head storage or shelving or lofted type type combined storage but upon inspection its a regular medium/ smallish square u with no split

Mohammed MI do not think you explain your rates good enough — I paid $265 for a little over 24 hours — it says $19 everywhere and when I came to pick up my van and the lady at the front desk says $265 total ?? I drove from Philadelphia to Brigantine and back 99% was the drive — I don’t see how or why $265 made sense !!! I will not be using U-haul ever again !!! Sincerely Mike Taffe

ZHIAR RPick up and drop off went easy as could be. Associate checking out was very nice and friendly. I don't remember his name but he was the gentleman working Thursday January 26th at 330pm.
Alexander WDarrell and the young woman on duty at noon were both extremely helpful as was the person that took my car at around 6 PM, but I did not get his name. I have always found U-Haul employees to be exceptionally great with Customer Service.
CHRISTINE HI needed a tow dolly asap to bring my car to a dealership for a repair of damage from skidding on ice, and I was aware that the U-Haul location closed at 7pm. At 630pm I called U-Haul to reserve and arrange to pick up the tow dolly. They already had my information on file from previous rentals. I was 10 minutes from their location, so at 646pm I arrived at the U-Haul office. The man at the counter already had my contract prepared as soon as I arrived at the desk. He was courteous and efficient. We completed the contract agreement at the cost I expected. He assisted hooking up the tow dolly to my vehicle. I returned the tow dolly 3 hours later at U-Haul after towing and dropping off my vehicle, and I returned the electrical connector parts at 730am the next morning to a very courteous yet busy U-Haul employee. Great team at the Feasterville, PA location. Great experience.

Employees were stretched thin and needed more bodies on the floor. Corporate must be tightwads by trying to run a facility that large with only 2-3 employees
Robert KBox truck needs the attention of a mechanic. Steering wheel shakes when brakes applied, driver window seems to be off track & doesn't close all the way. Horn when pressed doesn't exhibit loud enough to get someone's attention.
SCOTT CCharged me $70 for fuel when I put gas in and it was back where it was.
Mike MYour gas return policy and checkout procedures need needs to be changed. I return my vehicle with the gas gauge at the same level. The person working truck drop-offs couldn't be bothered to check out my trunk and told me to leave the keys in the trunk and he would take care of it. I left and was surprised to see that I was charged a $14 fuel surcharge. I had filled the tank five minutes prior to the same gauge level. Your gas return policy is a way to up charge customers. So I would not recommend this procedure.
Robert KI was a long time renter. A few years ago when new acess cards were given, I was told facilities were 24/7. Not true now. Timed light was to quick. I had to bring lantern to work on unit.

When I checked in to claim my unit on 1/8/23 I was told that they are no longer offering the first month for free but a later month would be given to me for free. It seems like false advertising and if the offer is no longer valid it should be removed from the website. I want to make sure this "later month for free" offer would be applied to my account.'p

These were removed abd taken tp a private garage by Luigi the maintenance guy and had foul play all over it. The manager was excellent, and bikes retrieved bsck to me. The "luigi" individual was to be fired and hope he was, certainly not trustworthy.

For the length of time my stuff was kept in the unit everything was in good condition. No bugs or any other undesirables were discovered in my boxes. I guess it was the climate control and cleanliness. I am grateful during this time their weren’t any fires or natural disasters. I would recommend to others.
