The truck was dirty and the cabin smelt of cigarette smoke. The windshield was cracked. The dolly I requested was not available so was over charged for an appliance dolly that was not appropriate for mulch bags.

Worst U-haul experience ever. I was making a move roughly 8 hours away and rented a 15 foot truck from this location. The service was terrible from the beginning, the employees are not attentive and clearly going through the motions. One of them had the nerve to get an attitude with me after I decided not to take the car trailer I ordered with my truck due to my personal reservations from handling the equipment. But that’s not even the worse part, they decided to give me the oldest and most run down truck on the lot to travel 8 hours with my valuables. The truck struggled to switch gears and had a slight pull to the right when driving. I had no option but to take the truck because of a personal deadline for my move. Fast forward 3 hours into my trip I’m traveling 55-60 MPH in the slow lane of a busy highway and the front passenger tire pops. I purposely drove extra slow because of the red flags I noticed when receiving the vehicle. Turns out when roadside assistance came to fix the tire the wheel bearings were worn out. Wheel bearings are critical parts to a cars safety and apparently I was driving on worn out bearings the whole time. I don’t understand how that could not be checked before giving me the truck. If I would have taken the trailer, I may have been seriously injured and most likely would have totaled my car. Instead of U-haul towing my truck to my destination they decided to offer me a new truck. It took 2 hours to get the bad U-haul towed to the new location and another 2 hours to get my U-haul repacked. Do to that inconvenience I missed my move in deadline. The lack of due diligence from this location costed me critical time for moving in to my new place and created extreme stress in my life. I would not recommend this place to anyone until U-haul retrains the staff on how to check equipment and treat customers.

The representative from this office did not explain anything, was unfriendly, and not helpful. He acted as if I was supposed to know the process, I asked where the truck was and he said “outside” I asked how to identify the truck since there were a bunch and his reply was “look at the number on the key”. For a customer that does not do this on a daily basis it was very condescending and rude. Even after my couple of questions he still didn’t bother getting up to show me where to look for the truck. It was as if I was bothering him. I would not recommend this location to anybody.

Close, convenient - I have used this location for more than 50 years. No issues. Perhaps the internet/wi-fi should be boosted; as it is sketchy the last few uses.

I returned the trailer a few hours earlier, but the internet in this place is terrible and I couldn’t check out. They charged me for an extra day even though the trailer was in their parking lot.

The parking lot set up is tricky for big Uhaul vans (we had a 15 feet van). When we tried to back up people kept cutting us off to go to the storage area. I love the online option for pickup/ drop off, the unused box buy back option, the box drop off option. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Online pick up did not work. My equipment was not assigned. I had to wait an hour for the office to open for someone to help me. I tried calling the customer help center and was transferred around in circles for over 30 minutes, no one seemed to have any clue what was wrong with my reservation. When I got the van it was wedged in parallel parked between the building and another van and left up to me to get out of the tight spot. Poor overall experience. Only good thing was the friendly employee at the location that checked me out at the counter once they did finally open. Set my move back a whole hour costing me money I was paying to moving helpers. Not happy.

The tire pressure in the truck was low and the seats had dried crust from the previous renter, that was not cleaned off. The app is constantly breaking and not working to do an online pickup.

I would not recommend uhaul. Their price per mile is double budget. They have an automated system that doesn’t work as they say it should. We started the process of rental on the app, it took 30 min. But they charged us an extra day saying we took the uhaul the minute we started the process. But we couldn’t even get the truck yet. It’s very aggravating.

I was quoted the incorrect price and was charged and extra $160 for a mistake that I had NOTHING to do with. I am STILL waiting to hear from the district manager.

After I told customer service representative that was my first renting a truck. He gave me a key and go find your. He didn't tell me about the inspection. So my daughter and I got the truck to only find the back had someone personal lock on it, so we had to go back and straighten the situation out, then he inspected the vehicle and gave us another truck, I thankful for that.

Store opened at 0905 rather than 0900 on Sunday, and there were a line of people out the door already. One of the workers was already there but did not have the key to open the door, only management has the ability to open the store. The woman who helped me was very nice, apologetic, and helped me right away. Received the car hauler right away and was on my way.

Motivate the guy behind the counter to be more helpful. I walked around the showroom looking for someone before I saw him behind his computer screen. Acted like I was disturbing his resting session. Gave very little help walking me through the process signing into the system. Also he didn’t walk with me to look over the truck and had to find it on my own by searching for the number on the truck. When I returned the vehicle after hours I couldn’t get the WiFi to open up the link in your parking lot. The truck was nice and ran great. The driver door has to be slammed to keep it closed and the ramp assembly where it pulls out and hooks needs to be greased and checked.

Moving in seemed pretty simple. But the move out process was poor. I have used u-haul for many years when I needed to move or store things. I was told on move in and out that there would be a pro rated rent for any time not used for the month. I confirmed the amount on the day we moved out, with 9 days used during that month. After 5 days, I still hadn't received any refund. I called and spoke with the manager and owner of the facility, both saying that it's not possible that I was told that. I am now being told that nothing can be done because it is a nationwide policy for no refunds and yet they are able to rent out the unit I have paid for and have no access to. I contacted corporate and initially was told that it was based on each location's discretion. The customer service representative on the phone at corporate was professional, but was unable to help on her end as the funds would have to be released from the store specifically. A few moments later being told that the policy did indeed change. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, this company's policy has now cost them my business and anyone else's that I come in contact with. This facility and staff in particular will never be recommended.
