I was there trying to get the truck for over an hour. I finally got keys to a truck and it was the wrong key. I had to wait while she serviced 5 people just to give me a different truck. Upon returning the truck my card was charged $200 and she couldn’t tell me why. It was a terrible experience. I’ve never had a bad experience with Haul but then again I’ve never rented from that location before and I never will again. 0 stars from me.

The after hours drop off. It is annoying to have to download an app, try to create an account on my work phone but won't accept the confirmation code then spend 20 minutes on the phone with customer service only for the web page to tell me that I cannot finish the return due to low memory on my phone. Please go back to letting us drop the keys and leave the truck.
That being said everything else was groovy. Mark J was fantastic. He was professional and fun. I give him 5 stars

The customer service by MARK J was terrible so much attitude, eye rolling, getting smart and continuously telling me he didn't have to rent to me no sir you don't but you do have to conduct yourself in a professional manner and that you did not. I thought I was at a club or bar how ignorant he acted even my son interjected and asked him why is he being so sassy he called the manager and omg they have to be best friends and kept saying he is doing things by the book sir you didn't even give my son the correct what I it he asked for which was fine because if we had to be in your sights any longer my son's where going to say something as ignorant as you and you wonder why the ladies almost ran you over on your SCOOTER earlier today it's called KARMA boo and I see more in your future....I will not be a return costumer

The vehicle I had had very low engine power and I would have explained that to the employee but we had a very big argument. When I received the vehicle I asked several times how long can I keep it without extra charges. I was told 7pm by who I later found out was a manager and also a guy who was working with her. Close to 7pm I received a phone call very rudely asking me when was I returning the vehicle I was just leaving the storage unit on Alexis and I told him I was about to be bringing it back and that I was told 7pm he said well we close at 8 so you have plenty of time. I stopped to get gas then I went back to my house so my daughter could follow me back to the U-HAUL building. Before I got there they tried to charge my card for $33 and change, when I got there he had the manager on the phone she said even if she told me 7p, 6p is on my paperwoand that it was highlighted. For 1 it wasn’t highlighted and 2 because I asked several times and the guy that was working agreed and verified that I was told 7pm, I didn’t look at the paperwork. I was prepared to pay for the extra mileage and I still will pay but I didn’t think it was fair for them to charge me an extra day. So I left without paying for the extra mileage or the extra day. I apologize but I was very angry because she lied and then tried to make me out to be the one who misunderstood and I really hope y’all replay the in store video and even check the locations of the AirTags on the vehicle . The first night I wanted to get it over with but the storage place closed at 8pm, I got the truck at 6:30/6:40 so I had to wait until the next morning. I dropped my daughter off at school then I went straight to the storage place to unload. After that I came back to the house. Parked the truck and left to go take food and clothes to my kids who weren’t home at the time. Then I came back home reload the truck with what I had left, around 5p to went back to the storage to unload. I was done around 6 something. I was doing all of it by myself. It took time. I did not intend to argue, It was just very terrible communication between 2 employees and myself. I got very upset, I was already having a bad day then for them to treat me like I did something wrong when the “manager” couldn’t own up to what she told me, it then escalated. No problem I will pay what I owe but I can’t pay for an extra day. Sorry but your employees specifically told me 7pm would be my 24hrs on top of 2 of the employees being very rude

The entrance was hard to get to due to road closures. The attendant that checked over the vehicle was nice but a little accusatory on damage that was clearly not recent. Luckily there were claim stickers found. Called the day after I dropped off to recover a set of keys and the person working was fantastic! She was so kind and helpful. Great experience overall.

This location did a great job helping me when the location I had originally reserved my truck at was not open at the scheduled time or my scheduled pick up time. When I left the store at East Broadway and Woodville Rd. at 820 they still weren't open. My pick up time for a 10ft truck was 8am. The new location downtown only had vans but were very helpful and apologetic.

Been having problems. Each month I have been getting calls about the computer issues and how the computers has either took off our card on the account or they cant find the right account. Even after my fiance has talked to manager and we got the thumbs up. I still get a call once a month.

I was'helpd by Diangelo my first visit he was very nice.when i returned my'truck i dealt with a lady name Brianna Ferguson which was very rude.and she gave me false information and i vowed to never rent from this store due to Briannas nasty unprofessional atitude .she should not be a customer care person.she is nasty to people.And very snappy.

The clerk got the storage unit ready but dur9that time he refused my to add my alternate number by assuming me and the other person were one individual after I told him we were to different people but on the internet has made us 1 person instead in reality we are 2 people that happens to have the same name from that point it went downhill because he decided to refuse to rent me the truck as per my reservation I then had to wait while my daughter got Deanglo came up front and rented me the truck I am a elderly disabled black woman who is hard of hearing so my daughter had to keep telling me what he the one that rented the storage unit said see tried explaining that but he still refused to finish my order which was he fault he didn't rent me the when I asked about it was a problem he walked away and went into the back of the building and refused to come and finish my order

By far the best uhaul storage location i have ever used. 9/10 would recommend to friends and family, especially the free month for having auto pay which is a great option for me. Delane was also amazing and super accommodating. Plus very speedy and fun!
