Brian W | First ImpressionsI’ve used this storage unit since 2015 and everything I kept in it is in the same great condition as the day I moved the items in. There was never any water in the unit and that is a big plus since I had an experience in another different facility where rainwater seeped into the storage unit and the items stored got wet and became mildewed. When I emptied this unit there were no mice or rat droppings in the unit at all. I was so happy to notice that. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I have recommended this facility and will use it again if the need ever arises.
MARY E | Overall ExperienceThe staff was helpful in getting everything resolved, but the process was not smooth for me. The first unit assigned had a lock on it. The second unit was available, but how to access it was very confusing...it was listed as a range of units and I understood it to be an inside unit. I attempted to access the unit from inside, but the doors while not locked, would not move as if they were locked from the inside. The 3rd assigned unit was also locked, so we decided to just find one with a customer ready tag. The one found turned out to be the second assigned unit which actually was both an outside and and inside unit. It all worked out in the end, but the back and forth ate up at least 2 extra hours when I had my family crew there ready to help move. The map was unclear as well as it showed the assigned units as small units. A little more direction would have been helpful, but I think it was unclear to the staff as well. It worked out and they were helpful, but the logistics and the process was not customer friendly. When a unit is assigned it should not be locked -- there should be some process where ready means really ready and it was quite clear that the office was understaffed for the number of customers.
Chris D | First ImpressionsI bought from your office a Uhaul storage lock and unlocking it was a hit-and-miss affair. I can only open the lock after, on the average, amore than 30 or 40 attempts. I raised this matter to your staff after my first experience but they did not offer to replace it with a better one. But In all, i like your facility.

The staff is very helpful and respectful and the facility along with the vehicles are clean and in great shape. This combined with great affordable prices, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

robert d | First ImpressionsI thought the online check in process was convenient until I arrived at the site only to find out that the code to enter the gate didn’t work. Then the original unit number provider was already occupied. So I had to go through part of the check in process again in the office. Also the parking lot is way to small for trailer and moving trucks to be coming in and out of and moving around. I had to be let in the gate and drove around only to find more trucks and trailers parked in the way. Also the location for the unit is not at the actual address given, had to go around the corner.

Dana S | Online Move InOverall, was decent up to good for our outdoor RV spot storage at our local UHaul. The only reason we canceled our spot, was due to how the cost of our same storage spot (for the past few years) had the monthly rental rate increase approx. 35%. After paying this for about 1.5 years, it was just too much of cost for this one RV spot. And as calling to cancel our storage spot, the store mgr. did not offer any apology words for our having to cancel, or even thank us for all the years of storage payments (also did not even try to remedy the issue to try and keep us from cancelling). So was just disappointing that our UHaul mgmt. was not willing to try and aid with the high cost and keep a good paying/ long-time customer from leaving...

When we called for assistance to get the key back from the drop box, we were told we had to wait until the next day and cursed at by the general and assistant manager. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Kaelin, I have filed a lawsuit against you and U-HAUL. Please, Please do not use this storage location. Shannon is awesome at the Morse Rd location. The worst part is that this evil person deliberately stole my possessions and I want them back. There was also a good amount of moisture in the unit (movers also commented on this).

They helped us a great deal when the website and downloading the U-Haul app couldn’t offer us any (this app was horrible in answering any questions). The online check-in was fine and gave us an access code, but we apparently needed to check in at the office regardless. There were multiple times when we needed to go back to the office for help and Kaelin helped us out with a smile on her face. For that, we were very appreciative.

sheryl c | Overall ExperienceI was in this storage unit more than 7 years. There were various managers over that time and all were nice, friendly and helpful. Autopayment was convenient on my credit card. The office was always clean and well maintained. I felt safe in my unit. I will say that I learned several years through my time there that they were not supposed to rent out the unit that they gave me. I didn't realize it but the concrete apron at the entrance of the unit was missing, which meant tons of dirt and debris blew under the door covering everything I own. New managers fixed it so that's good. And like I said every manager was nice. But apparently my unit was on a "do not rent" list and the original managers rented it to me anyway according to maintenance. So ... don't rent units if they don't have concrete pad/apron at entrance.
