I was charged 60 dollars for an extra day when I turned in the keys way before drop off time. I went into a U-Haul store at this location but the man said someone should be outside to assist me for turn ins. I went back outside waited for 30 mins and no one came to my aid. I see the self severe box to drop off the keys so I put my keys into the box. Later to find out they charged me an extra day because no one confirmed the drop off. Mind you a big U-Haul is setting directly in front of their office. I didn’t appreciate the customer service at all.

When I dropped off the truck, the place was overwhelmed. They were rude, unclear, and offensive. A woman agent came inside and was smearing ME (the CUSTOMER) to a fellow coworker, and I overheard. When I replied, she tried arguing with me and called me a B***H!!! We will never be back... too many friendlier locations.

I had a rental scheduled for 7:30am on a Saturday morning I get there at 7:15 with several people in line in front of me. Finally a second employee shows up to help customers but I am not out of the office until 7:40am. Also gas gauge was sightless than 3/4 of a tank but it was noted at 3/4 for the paper work.

on the return i pulled in to the parking lot and went to get in line to drop off my trailer and the drive was backed up after about 5 min or so an employee asked me to pull in front of the trucks so i did and then i sat there for another 25 min.one girl that was working in the drive walked passed me several times and acted like i wasn't even there and another black guy that coming back from parking a truck almost ignored me i asked him if he could help with the trailer and he said something to which i couldn't even here him I have rented several times from this location and was never treated this way and i will never go back to this location even though it is closer to my house

There were times when the 24hr area was not accessible for whatever reason without warning or notice. When I attempted to contact after hour services I never got a text back or a call or anything to this day. It’s very inconvenient when you have a time deadline.

That the gas level is recorded truly. My truck 7029H was less then 3/4 's of a tank but when I rented from counter it was on paper, at full. I do have pics yet cant upload. Means lot when you are in my situation. But overall this was my first time renting from this location. Usually Boulder Hwy. But I can see returning here, for my next rental. Staff was sweet and understanding. Thank you

Paula was very helpful and nice but she needed more counter help the line was halfway to the door. The wait was just a little long to get what you needed. To get a truck or to just rent a storage unit or just to buy something in the lobby boxes and wrapping paper. Definitely need more counter help.

I did notice that there are a couple of people that are living outta they're storage units. This will eventually lead to your nellis and stewart location becoming a homeless camp. I have used this location for truck, trailer and storage for almost 10 years. This will also manifest an unsafe environment for older and female customers. I do not know if the current management acknowledges that this issue is occurring. I know its a tough economy but ,this is an example of homeless takeover . When homeless are moved there is always a huge amount of trash left from the hoarding not even considering the infestation of critters and insects that accompany this never ending problem. While moving my personal belongings from the storage area around 7PM; my family was approached by a couple asking questions about my belongings. We felt very unsafe! I did not see any emergency buttons or phones to use.

The U-Haul facility at 333 North Nellis in Las Vegas is a very clean and well run business. The hours are great and open at 5:00 am. The storage units are clean and well kept. I never visited my storage unit and found the inside covered in dust, nor did I ever see any evidence of droppings. I would highly recommend this U-Haul facility.

All of the staff was professional except for Cynthia at the 333 N Nellis location in Las Vegas, NV. She does not know how to properly take notes and relay those notes to her staff. I had the same conversation 3 times due to her being incompetent. Thank you Paula for all you did to help me with my out of state move.

I only needed the storage unit for 5 days and that’s exactly how many days I used it for ! Yest I was charged 159.00 + tax a full month and then you turned right around same day and rented ! That is a horrible greed and I feel I should only been charged the 5 days ! I was told the lock was free and rental agreement did not incl. it as cyst. Serb said it would not ! then upon arrival was told no, needed to pay 14.99 so I paid that as well !

My stuff was there for over a year and it was safe. Besides the slight increase in price for a unit I already had, I had a good experience. Customer service helped me when I needed it; especially, when I changed units and the one I had gotten was bad so they apologized and gave me another. Thank you for offering a clean and safe place for my things while I had to wait to have my stuff with me.

When turning in the Truck Rental the Lady attended did not clarify to me whether I owed money or not. The lady inside the office was better In helping me understand my balance for the Truck Rental. I had a hold but the final balance was different in the Rental. I was owed $30. Thank you for the employee inside the office.

Twice I made reservations for a truck, and when I called to confirm the second time once again, they had None of my information. The third time, everything went well, that's because I did it through the 800 number. These people need to realize when people are moving, there's No room for error or laziness. The reservation for another location was invalid. The other location was booked up. I am unsure why U-Haul gives out reservations for locations that does not have capacity. Real inconvenience to us and cost more money with the mover for this blunder.. This location had capacity and helped us out

During my move the bus routes to a gig through a temp agemcy were ureliable, was locked out by the janitor for god knows why, of my peraonal unit. Somehow me listenung to music in my room on headphones for an hour interfered with her ability to sweep and mop, and its a little suspicious that she kept teying to open it as well. Otherwise nice eatablishment. My 24 hour access never worked properly, amd alarms seem to constantpy trip for no reason at all times of day.

I rented a unit from you for 3 months. I chose your facility because it was well lit and needed a key card to enter, yet my storage was broken into and ransacked. Not only did they take several expensive electrics, but they completely destroyed boxes of photos and personal items in my unit, things that can’t be replaced. It was upsetting to find out after the fact that this happened to others in your facility and we were not notified.

The worst, mis-managed, exsperating, moving experience of my life! Second Uhaul rental this year; long-time customer, never again. Never...egregious, conflicting, plethora of emails, overcharged, contractual obligations unmet by Uhaul during every phase of my move. Condescending, marginalization, ineptitude of reservations, pick-up of 20' truck & tow dolly, teamster 38 yrs, drove through 6 wildfires from CO Springs to LV, NV, almost 1000 miles out of normal route, I-70, closed, Glenwood Springs fire, Grande Junction fire, Cameron fire, 40 West, Dinosaurs Rock Jensen, CO, to Provo, Utah...double gas, driving time, trip sheets don't float! Someone should have alerted me to the fact of the Glenwood Springs Fire from U-Haul prior to, during overcharging me for driving extra mileage for truck & dolly pu. I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THE FIRES UNTIL I HAD DRIVEN FROM FOUNTAIN TO MANITOU TWICE AND TO CASTLE ROCK, CO. TOO BUZY LOADING 20 FT TRUCK FOR 2 DAYS TO ENGAGE SOCIAL MEDIA OR ANY OTHER SYSTEM RE: CO., UTAH, MASSIVE, FIRES. NEVER AGAIN...Although reservations were generated 2 miles from me in Manitou, Uhaul changed them 4 times, to 66 miles, 120 miles, etc. for pu. Storage reservation in LV was not available upon arrival, so I have absolutely no clue what their facilities offer. Although Linda Borden reserved a storage unit upon arrival, Uhaul personnel intimated they had no reservation for me after a long, perilous drive. Unfortunate business experience, learned my lesson. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ASSOCIATE WITH UHAUL. Be on notice, disrespecting disabled Veteran's Widows is unacceptable. I never needed to be lied to, cheated, eviscerated, and violated by Paul, Rep West' s assassin, judging me, I will never do business with Uhaul again. Thank you Janella & Tim Manigift for your service, respect, integrity & honor. Every other individual I have encountered in this trip re: August 12, 2020-August ? 2020 with Uhaul has been disreputable, disingenious, and felonious. I suggest you try Penskey, or anyone else but the gouge is on and you the recipient are the VICTIM. Heed my words. I never received the reserved storage space by Linda Borden, per email at 333 N. Nellis, so disregard the, "hate to see you go bs," from Uhaul. Right hand doesn't know it has a left.

I rented an outside storage unit that was not climate controlled for 10 months. I was worried that my items would be damaged from water or heat or bugs might have found their way in. Surprisingly, all my items were in pristine condition. The staff was always very friendly and helpful as well.
