The truck I booked was not available. The only thing I could get was a larger cargo van. The employees were full of attitude and if I was able to go to another location I would have. I do not suggest this location at all. She also charged a card after I explicitly asked her not to. Unprofessional

The guy John who I turned the van into was super helpful and friendly, he was very busy but helped me out right away when he was done. The female inside when I dropped the van off was extremely rude!!! She was rude to the man who was getting a storage unit then rude to me when I asked about the drop off.

chris bThe equipment was well-maintained but not clean. I initially put yes for the cleanliness however there were cigarette butts all over the front of the cargo van. I even gave a snack bag with those in it to the U-Haul representative. I should have put this in the checklist but I had things to get done. The second question should be separate. Cleanliness and maintenance are two different things. I shouldn't answer yes or no but had to answer. Customer service was awesome.

Peter MThe truck I rented seems to need a wheel alignment. In order to keep the truck straight the wheel had to be slightly tilted. Customer at this location was really good, our customer service rep was Erica and she was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Thelma SSafety Concern - I dropped off after hours and the neighborhood was pretty scary. I had to catch an Uber back to my hotel, but I had to walk a block or two to get to a well lit, populated place so that I didn't feel in danger.

Troy MI rented a UHaul Cargo Van for 4 hours, but I completely underestimated how much time it would take to move, and this location was super cool about extending the time I had the van. I added 2 extra hours, which wasn't enough time, so UHaul on E. Fremont let me have the van until 8:30 the next morning! I was treated courteously and professionally by everybody with whom I had dealings either in person or on the phone. Thank you!!

JASON IThe cigarette smell in the driver cabin was horrendous, this was my first to drive thru out a trip with my window half opened. The truck drove well but for someone with allergies it’s was not a good experience at all.

Velvet FEach time we visited this location the staff was very hopeful and professional, to pick up truck and return to add car trailer. Staff made sure the vehicle was properly hauled and secured, took time to answer questions we had. The vehicle was in excellent condition and drove very comfortable.

Lenard BBox can check engine light came on during our drive back to Las Vegas and the stability control/traction control turned off due to vehicle malfunction. Scary driving home in the huge storm with rain and strong winds on the freeway. Requesting refund waiting for a call back

Ronald HI was treated like my business was unwanted. The online estimate did not match the in-store total price. They are overrated overcharging for that equipment. I always use U-Haul and never had this issue. Never ever paid over 100$ for a 20$ a day rental. I could have just rented a truck from enterprise and it would have been cheaper .

Even wanted to know why i want to rent for 3days. Unfortunately i need to rent again which im dreading i would rather go some place else.

GAIL GDesk staff were griping about too few hours and how slow the men in the yard worked. Van was filthy with trash in the back bay. I contacted a man in the yard and he stated "they're all dirty." Contract stated it had a full tank. The tank was less than 3/4 full. Nobody there had any care for customer service or doing a good job or helping their customers.

MICHAEL VThe box truck I rented will not shipped out a second gear it needed transmission fluid luckily I only had to go 10 miles round trip got the truck returned in less than 2 hours so little more maintenance on your vehicles there are U-Haul
Sherri BI rent a cargo van every month. I'm retired and use it for monthly grocery trips. I will only rent from this location, vehicles are always clean, in good repair and available when promised. With this rental, before I left the lot I caused a small equipment issue, my fault entirely. The Mgr. Brian Slack handled it and got me on my way quickly. Thanks and God Bless

Keisha SThey tried to charge me for damages and then over 100 miles when I only had the truck for like 2 hours and only drove it 11 miles. They still have not credited me back for the extra charges so for a 35 dollar truck I was charged 80 bucks..NEVER using them again!!!!!!!!
Dorothy GManager or supervisor there was a dick on the phone and lied about a refund that i had to escalate myself. Helpdesk guy, Mason Rusk, was nice though when i called for a refund. Give him a raise/promotion.
Payne RPick up location was a joke. Employee handling pick up could care less about his job. Person of senior position had to handle the last part of the pickup and was very distraught about the people he had to work with. Was pretty sad actually. Felt sorry for the guy.
James JAs I drove off, cup holder came loose. Did not feel safe dropping uhaul off at night as a person on a bike rode onto property premises. Suggesting night security. Changed procedure to not allow the customers to retain the back door lock left me feeling someone(ie homeless)would tamper with the back when I dropped off, and I would be charged for it.

With out purchasing insurance, not much can been done.The dual control for locks were broken off. We will be filling a formal complaint with UHaul Corporate office.Your general manager was not available but spoke to him. I question his integrity and honesty..my opinion the theft was not his concern and he should of contact me immediately when he noticed our locks were tampered with..according to what he said.. In all due respect, would not recommend or refer anyone at that property. Diana B

I told U-Haul that I was parking there and left. The camera showed 3 individuals stealing the truck with all my stuff at 7:30pm. The truck was returned to the Decatur facility 11 days later. Now U-Haul wants to charge me for turning the truck in late, and for 1100 miles that were put on it by the thieves. Almost 1200.00 dollars. That is how my experience has been.
