My unit was flooded with nasty sewage colored water. I just lost my dad and brother and all my pictures were loss due to water damage. All my cards and keepsakes. The manager proceeded to get an attitude with me because I asked for a sanitation receipt from a professional cleaning company and threatened me. Already frustrated I told her don't threaten me and from there she put my items out the facility. Several my items are broken and scratches up from the movers. And all my dirty furniture is in my new unit with my clean stuff. Never again.

I had to go get an employee at least 4x so that he could reset the elevators, which took away from my 3hr rental. It got so bad to the point the movers had to start using the stairs because it took so long for the elevators to open, then it was only one working. I wouldn’t recommend this specific storage facility to anyone simply because they’re equipped with elevators, unless they have time to waste. Other than the elevators being a nuisance the facility was clean and the 1 employee that was working was very attentive to my needs.

ROSALYN L.I did not have an issue with this actual location because this was not the location I booked with. I initially booked with Eastern Boulevard. I was never told I needed a credit card for use of the vehicle. I had to exchange vehicles last minute because they did not have the vehicle I reserved on hand and was told to go to another location. My reservation was at 9. I did not get the vehicle until after 11. Once at the new location we test drove the truck and it had issues. I then had to be issued another vehicle. Which cost more in miles and gas, a 15' truck which I did not need but had to take what was available. I ended up being out of more money total and a lot of time was wasted.

SAWASKI J.The 26 ft. GMC drove terribly, front tires out of balance. The air leaking in around both doors was so bad and loud you couldn't hear. Play in steering wheel was bad. We make this trip once a year picking up Christmas shoe boxes for Panama missions. It is a 1000 to 1100 mile trip stopping at church's picking up boxes. If this is the best truck we can get, next year we will go with Penske and pay $ 200.00 more for a better driving truck.

Kent M.About a hour into our trip the engine light came on and the truck started driving different. It started off doing great and then once the light came on it's like the gas was falling out of the tank. It used wayy more gas than it normally does. The yen the tow dolly light cord wasn't attached properly so the cord drug on the road for miles before we knew. So we had to stop at another U-Haul to get a replacement cord! Which made us late to where we initially needed to be.

Elizabeth W.When I initially rented the storage space I was not advised under any circumstances that the first month is free secondly I was not advised the lock that was on the door (which was shown to the rep) was unacceptable. Which resulted in me having to purchase a lock from uhaul. Then I was never advised until afterwards there was no prorated accommodations, mean I paid for the full lord of august moved all of my kids things out on the 12 and you guys just get to keep the rest of my money? That isn’t right so no my experience wasn’t pleasant and I will never use uhaul again!
