I paid with cash a $103 and the Lady that was there didn't know how to open the register to give me my remaining balance .. So I didnt receive my change from the rental... But other than that the service was Good ...

Personally this was my worst experience with U-Haul first i got my U-Haul with the entire understanding that i would be able to get a storage unit. I picked up on the 30th of march and was told that i could not get a storage unit within my budget because i would have to be traveling outside of the Texas in order to get the unit. Which was completely unbelievably for the simple fact of why would i need it if i was moving out of state. Also the i picked up my U-Haul from a small store called all storage and the they only had two trucks which was unusual and strange. The man behind the desk told me i could keep the U-Haul which i was moving in to my place within the week mark. && just keeping paying on it. Then Scott calls harassing me telling me if i didn’t bring the U-Haul back it would be reported stolen which im a working single mother sole provider for my house hole i was in fear everyday he would call me for a week and state someone else needed the truck. From my understanding from the worker at the all storage i would be fine as long as my debit card was linked. I feel it was a complete waste of time and my money booking with all storage and the fee are not worth the time they did give me a truck yes but the emotional stress from being told i stole a truck and completely harassing me because they over booked the only two trucks they have is not my problem or worth my money.

I have rats and or mice in storage, they need more mitigation for this. Other than that I would like later access and lighting in unit would be appropriate.
The customer service is great and the property itself is pretty clean. My unit is overpriced in my opinion for no lights and little rodent control.

I asked the attendant for help with the mobile checkin. She said there was nothing she could do. Then, as I was pulling out, she asked me if I was leaving my car there. I said yes. She said due to limited parking, I needed to park down the street and walk back. There was no sineage that indicated this and nothing in the reservation process told me this. I had to get out of the uhaul, back in my car, drive down the road, and walk back to the uhaul. Really dampened the experience

I love how convenient and smooth the in app rental check out was. I greatly appreciate how neatly my rental truck was parked when I arrived for my reservation. Both gentleman in the office were very helpful. When I entered I appreciated how the gentleman already knew my information and informed me about the parking of my personal vehicle. When I arrived back into the office after my reservation was complete the gentle working at the time kindly took my keys. I will continue to give Uhaul my business because they make moving less stressful and more of an enjoyable experience.

I was very disappointed that the size guide on the units were inaccurate. I rented a space that said it would suffice for a 2-3 bedroom apartment. I came from a 2 bedroom apartment and some belongings couldn't even fit. And what did was packed tight to the door. That for $200 a month?!? DISAPPOINTED

The only customer service attendant left "out on property" on the door and there was no one there when I went to return the truck. The door was locked. I could have dropped the key in the door but there were other people waiting also. After almost an hour, the worker came back carrying food from Jersey Mike's. I traveled the majority of the time that my belongings were at your property, and I never had concerns about the welfare of the conditions at your site. However, I was a little upset on moving day to see so many roaches. Babies at that. Therefore, I was unable to sort through my stuff in the comfort of my home. I initially made my reservation online supplied my debit card once I arrive to pick up the pick up truck she advised me that I would have to use a credit card, which would not have been a problem except for a Uber to that location and then had to Uber back to my house to get a credit card. She was completely unprofessional and rude then Uber back to the location to pay for said truck she begin to have an attitude and start my transaction during several stages totally unprofessional and never said anywhere on the website that I had to use a credit card zero out of 10 won’t be back her name was Rachael

I will not ever use uhaul for again anything. I have rented probably 7 trucks from Uhaul and only one time did it go like it should. U haul did not have the 26 foot truck I reserved several weeks ago even after confirming two times. Uhaul changed my pickup location 4 times with this last rental even after I confirmed two times with another location. The truck I got at this location had not had the windshield cleaned in several trips and I left it that way. The A/C did not work. Sorry job Uhaul. I am done with you. Many of your people are rude.

The lock box wouldn't open when I was doing a mobile pickup. Was sent to to a different store and had to have a smaller truck. Then found out I had to have it back at 3 when originally it was supposed to be til 9. I would have missed the movers I hired through uhal but they were an hour and 40 min late. I had to pay extra to have the truck longer and drive it farther. It was a very frustrating experience.

Great location, great staff. I have to say that I’m impressed with their service. I forgot To inform the office that I had moved out and left the unit with no lock; as they walked throughout the property they noticed the unit had no lock and immediately called me to confirm. Out of all the units they have to attend to, how did they notice I had removed my belongings? That’s great customer service and for that I recommend them (attention to details).

The problems: 1st I had was when we were moving out the switch my request for a van to a 10 truck. So, when I got I was very upset. I had to rush to another location in the next city such a waste of my time and money. 2nd I went to the office during the hours and request to have access to my unit after hours. Which I was told by the man at the desk I would; because Texas heat during the day is unbearable. I explained to him that we would be move late at night into the early morning. We took one load and came back and were locked out. Wasting our time, one night of moving lost then we had to pay for another 24 hours

We opened our unit in 2008. Staff and facility have always been top notch. Unit was secure, well maintained and climate controlled. We stored family antiques and they look as good as they did 14 years ago. Sorry to go, but it was time! Thanks for everything!

I was not notified in advance of this?? If I would had some type of notice of no units available, I would had looked elsewhere!
This is not good business practices and the on site person in charge didn’t seem to care and said it happens all the time!
I Will not be using UHaul for storage in the future!

My brother had a stroke in May and we had to move him out of his apartment. I live in Arkansas and trying to coordinate a moving company and storage facility from here was frustrating but the lady that I spoke with at this facility was very helpful and efficient when I was having trouble with the rental paperwork while the movers were on your site waiting to move in. She got the rest of the formalities done quickly and they were able to get in and move my brother’s things in. We moved everything out Sunday (July 17th) because we can’t afford to keep it stored. We brought his things back to Arkansas. We were a let to get everything but one item, his tv stand, into the Uhaul and our trucks. We apologize for having to leave it there, but we had no where to put it. We highly recommend this facility. I never met one employee face to face but we appreciate all of your help. I know I spoke to a man name Scott at one time and he was helpful. Thank you!

It was okay until a lady there told my daughter that I was nasty to her. That was not the case I called and spoke with a man on Saturday and was told if I got all my stuff out on Sunday he could prorate since I was only 3 days past due. The lady tried to get my daughter to pay full month so I called and was told they don't prorate and just expressed what the previous person told me.

Had issues from the beginning. Reserved everything online and then they didn’t have anything ready when we got there. The guy told us he was only going to put a hold on the card for exactly what the uhaul was supposed to be which was $42 and change, the hold was for $100 and I’ve used uhaul a bunch of times so I know that isn’t right. Then we got a storage unit and that was a mess as well. Just over all not a good experience. The employees were super friendly but it almost seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing until we dealt with the corporate lady.

I had several issues with this storage. The cut the lock off my unit without my permission. They did not notify me they had made an error until I went to my unit and inquired why my key didn’t work. After that is when they informed me. In addition for several months they continued to call me asking If I had moved out because they had my information recorded incorrectly in the system. I do not trust this facility and would not recommend it to my friends.

Facility is clean and has wide roads for big trucks. The owner, Karen, is great to work with; however, there is a weekend insite Manager that treated me very poorly to the point of yelling at me but maybe she was having a bad day. I don't know but it's not a way to treat people.

Hello, my name is Andre Allen 248-795-4243 and myself and Keith Boyd are very upset about our experience. I was rented a box that already had a personal lock on it after having movers and everything show up to the storage that was also rented to me. Rachel has taken over as the manager of this location and it looks fantastic! All of the lighting on the campus has been upgraded and it's the brightest it has been in my 6 years of renting a storage unit there. Really bright and safe! And Sara does an excellent job at the front desk, helping me transfer from a 10x20 unit to a 10x10 unit to save a bit of money. She was kind enough to give me a lock, and we moved everything that evening, completing the project. Rachel was still on the premises at 8 PM (after closing hours) and processed the closeout of my old storage unit. Rachel and Sara - great folks!

Warren and Linda Walter (on site managers) were excellent "hosts". They were helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They led the charge for keeping the property clean and well maintained. They stayed on top of all security. The vehicles we rented were spotless. I think their demeanor led to a very well run operation. I can't say enough about them. We really appreciated the attention given to the property and always felt our goods were secure.

The only issue I have is that you don't pro-rate. I had to pay for a full month even though I was moving out 2 weeks before my month was up.

The lady was upset I camein at 6:45pm, due to an emergency situation I had to evacuate my apartment quickly and she did not make the process easy.

Gate card didn’t work because computers were broken. I was stuck with a truck full of stuff at 10pm and had to work at 5am. No one came to let me in, office was closed. Bad experience, save your time
