The man that helped me Saturday morning was the person that I have ever dealt with at U-haul I have ever seen. First he over charged me. Then I had to hook and unhook my rental by myself. I got pulled over because my left taillight was out. I will never rent from that store again.

The personnel was very rude. He ignored my question 3 times. Had an attitude and refused to move out of my blind spot since I had to back my trailer up into the return spot. The green tent was full. He never got off his cell phone the entire time and was very rude when answering questions. I spoke to 3 different people on the phone and yall still didn't refund me my whole deposit. Very unprofessional!!!

The truck smelled strong of marijuana. I made the reservation online, and when I got there the guy said that I had no choice but to get the insurance on it, even though it asked me if I wanted it or not. Website did not say it was a requirement. That was a charge I was not expecting. Will not do business there again.

The truck was nasty, very loud, not able to hear yourself or the radio from the loudness of the truck, service engine light was on,had to put gas in it as well. I don't even know why they even rent anything out like that. That's unacceptable and very poor customer satisfaction

The counter guy was extremely helpful. At the end of a moving day I couldn't have asked for a more understanding person. He even noted that I acquired a free months rental. He was awesome, I didn't catch his name. Young Black American highly intelligent and knowledgeable about the storage process and size . And also met me at the door and proceeded to show the process of checking and gaining access to storage area, all the while handling customers; that were purchasing boxes and things. The guy gave us a couple reconditioned boxes to finish the job. TOTALLY AWESOME keep guys like this you'll never have a customers complaint. period

I rental this truck for 24 hours and return the truck early. However my phone wouldn't pull up the location and I got charged with a $20 fee for dropping my truck rental off after hours. This is crazy to fee to charge your loyal customers. I guess the store is trying to hit their numbers for the month.

11-2-2023 65th and geyer springs street Little Rock Arkansas. Terrible service. Very rude always on phone with his girlfriend he told me it was his girlfriend. Told me to wait by trailer and said I be out there in a little bit. Another man drove up and helped load trailer. Turns out trailer wouldn't work for me but he told me it would. So I didn't get my full refund which took a while because he was on phone. He was very very bad unfriendly how in the hell would someone hire him for customer service

Verify if someone had broken any of the rules for the truck before charging a card. $250 for “ash” in the vehicle is ridiculous. The 72 hours for a manager to get back to the customer after a charge of that nature is also outrageous.

Gentleman who worked the counter and assisted me Saturday morning was not polite or helpful, he was cranky and not helpful because I asked if the trailer was okay with my truck and he said it was however it was too heavy and I had to return it .

The truck smelled like weed when I got inside. According to the clerk & paperwork, the gas gauge was supposed to be above 1/2 a tank. It was below. I was told the truck was “good to go” after I made my payment. Got to my destination, lifted the door, and the back was almost completely full of empty boxes. Lost a whole day of moving progress. Called the store, got transferred to “transport”. Still waiting on a refund…

The only thing is I think I paid too much. They charged me 43 dollars and sum cent then when I returned U-Haul they charged me an extra 23 dollars. She said the reason is I told them 20 miles and went 43 miles. From 65 street in Little Rock Arkansas to 2011 Aztec Dr in North Little Rock Arkansas is not far at all. So I think I was over charged.

The storage facility was a reasonable price. The location is a little weird. While it’s not necessarily is the “good” part of town. It’s in a great location from the highway and close to where I live. Kenyatta Connors and staff were always super friendly and helpful when I had a request or question. The facility is safe and secure. The other customers and people I met there were just like me: looking for a safe and affordable storage area for their needs. Thank you.

This actual experience was good. Prior to this, same morning, I booked another reservation for another location, they didn't have what I booked. The rep booked the wrong thing as well. They refused to give me the 50.00 “we don't have” policy. I also tried calling several times and got the run around from reps.

Was initially given a storage unit that was already occupied by another customer. Even though I made a reservation more than 2 weeks ago, I had to store my belongings at another site. The general manager did not give me my key so I had to return to the Geyer Springs location. In addition, the unit I was given had a faulty latch. I was then directed to a 3rd U-Haul location for assistance. I waited up to 1 hour to get assistance with the faulty latch. The level of service I received was not acceptable and I regret using Uhual for this move. Booking everything was convenient, but I ended up paying for it in the end.

The only issue we had was with the size of the truck we were renting. We were told this location had 2500 trucks to rent so we made a reservation for this size truck. When we got to this location, we were told they only had 1500 trucks to rent so we had no other choice but to rent that one. I called the 800 phone number for uhaul to see if we could switch the truck out once we got to our destination only to find out Uhaul does not rent 2500 trucks. The staff we spoke to at two different locations did not know this fact. Making sure your staff knows the equipment they have to rent would be helpful. However, at this same location while dropping off the truck, one of your employees came into work even though she was off to show a customer how to load and secure a vehicle to a trailer he was pulling with one of your box trucks. That was dedication to your company and the safety of your customers. She made sure everything was done correctly, which as a customer, I greatly appreciate. I hope this information helps.

The uhaul had someone's stuff in it when I picked it up. There also was a loose piece inside the uhaul on the floor that caused everyone to keep tripping. It was very dangerous.

I was able to rent equipment online that the store did not have. This left me scrambling and put me drastically behind in my move because I didn't have the tools I ordered and paid for to help me get the job done. The employee at the store was kind and refunded my money for the items. But unfortunately this issue made a huge mess of my move.

Let customer know of fees that could occur such as not sweeping out unit the charge as well as having ashes inside unit what fee is. Also note to take proper inventory of what's already in unit without you selecting to rent items.

The general manger here was lovely and professional. It was a great experience and I’ll definitely recommend to family and friends. I had to come to the Geyer Springs location after the GM at the Colonel Glenn location was extremely rude, unprofessional, and condescending. It seems like she hates her job.

It was raining in my unit. I was told there was nothing uhaul could do since I didn't have insurance, which wasn't offered to me when I got the unit. The employee goes on to say it always rains in them!

They drove a uhaul truck through my storage door and it wasn't secure for days after I was told it would be fixed the next day. My storage had roaches in it that I didn't bring there and had to come from storage room next door. I'd rather keep my things n the backyard than at that Uhaul on Geyer Springs.

We had a reservation for a10x10x10 and nothing was available. Wasted hours of my time. Would never. Use u haul again for any type of storage. They shouldn’t reserve something that isn’t available. Awful experience

After arriving to the facility to unload the uhaul we got several items off the truck and was arrived at the unit it was leaking. I spoke with the representative which informed me they didn’t have anymore units available and there was nothing he could do. I had to find another storage facility and get the truck turned back in with a hour a spare and it was close to everything closer. It was very inconvenient. Time and money wise.

U halll customer serviced agreed to return money as I called on March 10 morning to call cancel the rent which was supposed to start on March 10 and I am moving my stuff only on March 12. Since I had to store in different location, I requested to calccel or change the place. But I never heard from LR office, and charged on my account for service I never used. Terrible experience!

I paid cash after dropping the van back off, then I find that my debit card was charged $14.06, September 14th, I requested a refund, I was told it would credit back to my account, 7 days later I have not gotten a refund, I instead was told I would need to speak to the supervisor tomorrow, I have waited a week, now I will have to report this to the credit bureau.

It had roaches and rats in it. It’s clean, climate control but definitely has roaches and rats…. Once i saw that i gave all my stuff away that was in the storage. But the people are friendly and very helpful!!!

The front desk clerk (guy) initially told me that there were ONLY 5X5s available and that the Kanis location had the larger units. I asked several times to verify. I had to go online myself only to discover that there were PLENTY of units and rented from there. Thank goodness for quick thinking and online rental and move-in.
